Went in for a haircut a few weeks ago and Cristina gave me the best cut i've had in years. I was a bit nervous going in because it was my first time getting a haircut there and I was also trying a new hairstyle, but Cristina did her thing and the haircut turned out so well. Not to mention, the price was very reasonable. I'm definitely going back for another visit next week.

I debated leaving a review because I feel bad but all my friends and family said I should. I won’t call out my stylist, but honestly they butchered my hair. I came here because it had a great reviews, but now I don’t know how they do. I asked for layers and bangs to be cut. The cut it’s self was pretty bad but the worst of it was how they styled it. They made my bangs do the big swoopy thing and gave me a straight up 70’s blow out. Look up 70’s women hairstyles, and that’s exactly what I liked like. I went home and tried to fix it but couldn’t. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. The layers were wildly different lengths between each side and my bangs weren’t blended in at all, just straight chops. I cried in the mirror thinking my hair was ruined. My stylist also wasn’t very friendly and it honestly felt like they had a bad day and took it out on me, haircut and all. I had a horrible experience here and recommended if you decide to come here to feel out the stylist first. I did still tip, and didn’t mention it to the stylist because like I said it felt like it was done on purpose and I just wanted to get out of there as fast as I could. I was so uncomfortable.

I went in to inquire about anyone who could cut my hair into a pixie cut and they gave me a card for a Jessie. Greeting or conversation wasn't the best but I shrugged it off cause whomever was talking to me was cutting someone's hair. Then when I simply asked Jessie if he had any pictures of clients he's done before, I was turned away instead of helped or received any suggestions. Discouraged from wanting to try a hair salon that doesn't even have great customer service... Won't be trying this place, thanks.

Jessie was awesome. Made me feel alot better about life. We've known each other since 1990, and he never fails to make me feel better. His styling is great, especially if you just "turn him loose" to do what he thinks is right for you.

I had such a great experience with the owner! She as my stylist is an amazing person, she is so sweet! and she is very gentle with my hair! It came out amazing! Couldn't ask for better thank you!

Carrie was so amazing the way she cut my hair is exactly how I wanted it. She did an excellent job dying my hair and gave me some great ideas to give me an image of how my hair would look if I were to have it cut or dyed a certain way. Also I LOVE how she did my lashes and makeup!! So I can say that I will definetly be going to her whenever I need my hair and makeup done.

Shear Elegance is a very high quality, clean, and professional salon. Carrie, the owner, has done my hair multiple times and I couldn’t ask for a better job on my highlights, cut, and lashes every time she has done them. I am always super satisfied with the customer service and the job done on my hair/ lashes. Highly recommend!! They have so many options for all the different services that they provide.

Jesse did an amazing job on my hair, i have super thick hair and always wear in a pony tail, wanted something new and fresh, he took care of that love love my new cut...no more ponytails for me...Definitely recommend and will be returning when it grows back:)
