Atelier Kale is one of my new favorite hot spots that provides healthy breakfast options and smoothies made out of real fruits. The atmosphere was amazing with black and white interior with some cute plants. Friendly service and great location in Skokie downtown area. Below are what I ordered and my thoughts on them. Garlic Mushroom Omelette: 5 stars. Omelette had cheese inside and I could definitely taste the garlic flavor. Rich with mushrooms. Came with two slices of bread, housemade strawberries jam ($1 to add extra), and a house salad. Smoked Salmon Avocado: 5 stars. Ingredients were all fresh. Dills sprinkled on top. Capers weren’t overpowering. Their white cream cheese sauce had a great balance of savory and sweet. Green Milk: 5 stars. Not too sweet and feels refreshing. Very smooth and light with a hint of matcha in it. Overall, I will definitely visit again.

Pleasantly surprised! I went here to eat on Sunday morning and it blew me away! The quality of the food is outstanding. I had a smoked salmon avocado sandwich which is now one of my favorite breakfast dishes. The price is reasonable compared to the food that you will get. Friendly and quick service too! You order at the counter and they will bring the food to you. I was checked on many times. They have a very clean and minimalist interior with two tables for outdoor dining. I truly fell in love with this place and am excited for many future visits! After two visits: Still amazing quality food! I tried the brie cheese apple sandwich and it was great too! The food is so delightful and light every bite feels like a treat!

This place is a hidden gem on Oakton Street in Skokie. We came in for Sunday brunch. The restaurant was chic and was clean. The menu featured a lot of options that featured fresh and healthy ingredients. We had the Western Omelette and B.A.T. Tartine. Both dishes were beautifully plated, fresh, and delicious! I can't wait to come here again!

Amazing place! I've already had the breakfast croissant three times, it's that good. Added bacon last time, even more delicious Healthy wth avocado, and bacon adds a kick. Highly recommend!!!

it was made with fresh ingredients and had a gooood taste. They also had a good selection of healthy options on the menu which is hard to find outside of Skokie. However, it was a bit confusing at first on how to order, but after realizing it was at the counter, everything was smooth sailing. (Sorry, I can't remember the name of the menu but it was something with avocado in it ;) )

This place is brand new in Downtown Skokie so I wanted to try it out. I got a super delicious and refreshing breakfast smoothie to start my day. I should have a taken a photo of the beverage when it first came out. I wasn’t expecting to down it as fast as I did. My belly was full as I slurped it up before I noticed. I met the owners. They are an adorable married couple, Hans and Jay. Immigrants from Korea with a lot of restaurant experience. I hope the best for them. They have my support!

Me and my husband had a brunch date here. We had BAT Tartines, herb cheese omelets, green smoothie, and atelier smoothie. Everything was tasty, but my favorites are the atelier smoothie and scones! The staffs were friendly, and the places seemed clean and well-organized. It is also located near the beautiful Skokie library, so it's great to enjoy brunch here and have a library date.

Oh my gosh, the smoked salmon avocado dish was so good! The flavors were on point and the salmon was really fresh and great. The avocado was so creamy and delicious, I could eat this dish every day! Overall, an awesome dining experience that I totally recommend trying

First the place is very aesthetic so it was happy just sitting at the table. And they have really good gourmet sandwiches. I ordered Grilled Avocado and Vitamin Chia. Fresh veggies, avocado, cheese and crunch bread !! Smell is really satisfying, and second texture of food satisfying, and taste is really satisfying. I really enjoyed the meal.

Amazing addition to Downtown Skokie! The food was so good, the staff is so friendly, and the coffee was exactly how I wanted it.

I ordered the smoked salmon avocado, the grilled avocado, and the green milk. Total was about $40 bucks. Beautiful space. Simple, clean. Not cluttered. My staff interaction was good. I got a few recommendations as there was a lot on the menu that sounded appetizing. I took my order to go. The salmon had a sauce that was to sweet for my taste — especially on a sweet/buttery croissant. I prefer a savory smoked salmon sandwich. But I enjoyed my experience and I’d return again to try something else.

Hidden gem in the heart of downtown Skokie! Once you enter, you immediately feel the warmth of the friendly owners and staff, as well as the chill ambience inside. The sandwiches and platters are amazing and have you coming back for more. I really enjoyed the grilled avocado sandwich and cheese omelet on my most recent visit. I'll be back soon!
