I signed a year lease September 2021 for a 1b Sebastian was great very friendly and easy to talk to Chrissy was the best! Friendly helpful neighbors quiet and clean place Maintenance was also very friendly and quick to help There were no bugs, I am someone who will walk out and let the bug have the house if I see one lol I would definitely rent here again if possible I loved this place I still feel sad when I pass by

This review is long overdue. We moved out 3 months ago not because we don’t like the place but because they don’t have any available two bedrooms at the time. Our place was on the main building and we had a great view. Everyone was so nice and really helpful. From Sebastian, to Kelly and all the working technicians and cleaning ladies.

For 6 years I called The Glen View home. It was a great place to live. The office staff are friendly and easy to talk to, especially Sebastian and Francine. The entire maintenance crew makes you feel like you're family. All of them are incredibly kind, and complete work orders quickly. In the years I lived here the community was very quiet and respectful of each other. I highly recommend this apartment complex.

I recently moved into The Glen View and had such a good experience with the move in process. Francine was so helpful with the entire application process, and welcoming on move in day. My studio apartment came with a kitchen that looks like it is brand new.

Just completed my 1st year of residence at the glenview and I couldn't be happier with Management (Sebastian & Francine) have been great to work with and maintenance has been super about caring for the property. Juan the maintenance supervisor is always on the go and on top of everything

The Leasing manager Francine has answered 100/100 of my phone calls and didn’t get frustrated once. As a first time mover, she is extremly patient.

I have resided in this location for slightly over a year, during which I have noticed the remarkable professionalism and efficiency displayed by the maintenance staff and the management office. However, I feel compelled to repeatedly express a concern that has been shared by numerous individuals, including myself. The fact of the matter is that this building is not conducive to accommodating electric vehicles, despite the growing number of electric car owners, myself included, who reside here. I strongly believe that addressing this issue and providing the necessary charging infrastructure is not only an opportunity for this building to align with the evolving needs of its residents, but also a responsible and forward-thinking decision. Therefore, I urge the management office to seriously consider the installation of electric vehicle charging stations as a top priority. Such an investment would not only enhance the value and appeal of this building to current and prospective residents, but also demonstrate a commitment to embracing the future of transportation
