Dr Garala was patient in answering my questions, which he probably had heard thousands of times before. His confidence gives me confidence that the treatment for my issue has a good chance of success. His nurse is extremely proficient and friendly, she doesn't appear to be burnt out from dealing with the same same day after day. The administrative staff understood the Veterans Administration process, they didn't get that look on their face like "Oh no the government" as if it is impossible to work the system. All in all it was a great experience.
