I came here to return some body jewelry (within the boundaries of their return policy) and was given a terrible experience by Cynthia. She refused to honor the return policy on the Claire’s website and wouldn’t take the items back except in the form of store credit which is ridiculous and I did not accept. Edit: I later called Claire’s customer service 800 number, they approved the return, and forced this store to honor the return and put the refund back onto my credit card. When I went back to the store to do the return after getting approval from corporate, Cynthia sure wasn’t happy about it, but I was! Huge shoutout to Claire’s corporate customer service for their help since Cynthia decided to put on her no-can-do attitude and wouldn’t help me until corporate got involved.

The employee ladies are the best around any Claire’s in my area! They help me multiple times each month collecting Squishmallows for me & other hardcore collectors! They truly care for their customers & I’m very thankful! Love this location!

Awful store employee behind the counter. Super unhelpful, staring at me while i'm trying to process my gift card that kept declining. Her response "there's probably nothing on it." I assured her there was $50 and we had to ask her to check the card. Low and behold it had $50!!! Not sure if she was trying to pull a scam or was just that miserable and unhelpful. Never will visit this location again. We visited on New Year's Day in the morning.

Worst manager to ever work in any store. I don’t know how she was ever allowed to be hired in this position. I was in a rush and the store was packed. I needed an answer to a quick question and the manager told me she wouldn’t talk to me because of my attitude. I worked in customer service for years! Not every customer is going to be happy go lucky and as a manager you slap a smile on your face and help the customer to the best to of your ability. This horrible woman refused to talk to me. She should be fired. In addition, the place is a mess and dirty. I’ll never go to this location again and I don’t recommend anyone else does either.

Awful experience here!! The staff is very impolite. I was late for the piercing, so I approached her and said sorry. She said “Your appointment was 2 and now it’s 2:30.” AND SHE ROLLED HER EYES. There was only two customers in the store and she is not helping anyone.

Closed store early on 9/30/23 Listed 8pm like the rest of the mall but was closed at 7:15pm Door locked lights shut employee was still inside I knocked called but she didnt bother looking or answering I had to return earrings that broke off within 4 days of purchase I went this morning same girl was there I asked her what time they close Saturdays she said 8pm rudely then I asked the manager who said its listed wrong on our webpage we close at 7 on Saturdays. They were uncourteous and cold in manner. My little girl was super disappointed and no longer wanted anything from Claires.

Very nice person and she seemed to be safe and cautious. However both ears ended up getting embedded in the ear and super infected. Ended up in the ER and on antibiotics despite doing everything right to keep it clean. ER doctor said it was his second embedded earring from Claire’s that night. Keep a close eye if you get ears pierced here!

Last time I came here and it was cosed half an hr before it should Afrer I kept knocking the emplyee opened and said it is closed early because it was a slow day. I drove 40 mins here and she did not let me in Today I am here. Website says they are opened from 10 am and it is now 10:55 and she said she will open at 11. The business hrs are not listed on the door This is absolutely terrible. It is absolute joke
