Parking lots are always full so be prepared to walk a few miles. The bathrooms are disgusting. The seats are the outdated cushion style from the 90s with little to no leg room, you’d figure by now they would’ve updated to recliners but nope. Their screen is also smaller than your average AMC. Save your money & go somewhere else.

Pretty decent digital 2D imax in the suburbs. Very good sound and screen. Watched Oppenheimer at Auditorium 18 and it was huge. I picked the middle in the back.

Saw Killers of the Flower Moon in one of the smaller theaters they have (I assume). This is an old-school theater with no frills whatsoever. Seats are pretty hard and do not recline. Seats are quite small and close together. Picture is passing at best. But the worst thing about my particular experience was the audio. The center channel (dialog) was turned down so low I had to strain at every line. And there was seemingly missing or muffled audio channels, most notably for the soundtrack or sound effects. I don't believe it was an issue with this particular movie. I won't be returning to this theater unless they rip it all out and upgrade everything. The only plus was that it was relatively cheap.

I have been there before and I loved it. This time we went in the morning, the place was clean and organized. Easy to get in, especially if you have your vote with you. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. My kids love this place, too. We watched "sound of freedom," and it was amazing. The only thing that we arrived on time but the movie started half an hour after the time they mentioned on their website. I guess this half an hour is a chance for people to gather and be ready for the movie

The concessions need better signs, it can get chaotic. It was my first time at this theater for a 9pm showing. I saw 2 lines and two employees asking who were premier members to step to the quicker line to pay at the register. So do you pay first and then order your nachos, candy, popcorn? Not clear on the ordering process. The food concession counter was empty, the overhead tv menu was turned off, I only saw one employee standing so I wasn't sure if they were closed at 8:20pm and we were stuck with grab and go cold popcorn only. I then realized if you wanted a special tin foil bucket (Taylor Swift :)) you had to purchase it first and then go back to get it filled with popcorn. Very confusing without clear signs. Not the typical concessions. This theater makes the ordering process so confusing and chaotic.

Very clean. Pretty big. Has a bar right up front. No problems from me.

This particular location is the reason why I'll likely take a long pause from visiting any AMC theaters again. The staff here are hit and miss, some are nice and service oriented, while others are angry and uncivil (to phrase politely). I've been to this location several times, but this latest visit presented me with filthy bathrooms (fecal matter on walls - hire a janitor)/theaters and an inability to fulfill simple food orders. Also, the kitchen looked unhygienic and in need of repair. Freezer doors should probably be able to close. 😬 The bar is insanely expensive and comes with an ordering process that defies basic logic. For example, you must be carded for each order. Order an hour later? Carded again, despite never leaving the bar. Also, one drink per person, so don't count on ordering a drink for your date or spouse. Everyone orders their own drinks and gets carded per order. You get the idea... Overall, this AMC location is the poster child for why the theater business is dying. I hate to say, but based on my last visit it probably should.

It's a really nice theater. They really should mark their theaters better with 18 theaters it took some figuring out where the movie was. There were no posters or numbers on the door. I found that kinda odd. But the seats are great, the prices are very reasonable - 30% discount and they make the BEST popcorn. We are also stub premier members so we get the free refills...never took advantage of that but good to know we can. No problem parking as the garage is right across from the theater.
