The hotel is beautiful and clean. The clerks are friendly and very knowledgeable about the hotel. They handle requests very well. I needed a raised toilet seat and they got me one Feng was great he did an amazing job. The shuttle is great for transportation to and from the Rivers Casino but it doesn't accommodate for wheelchairs or walkers. It would be perfect it the shuttle had a lift on it. The breakfast was delicious 😋. I'll definitely will be going back very soon. Great job Hilton you definitely get the 5 Stars 🌟.

Old dirty bed sheets and comforter, Loud vibrating AC THAT HUMS THE WHOLE ROOM . Room flooded when out but no one informed us although hotel knew about it. No Break fast included. Have to pay parking $20 per day. Overall bad experience with family.

The hotel itself wasn’t brand new, but they were remodeling and was clean. The staff was wonderful and they worked very hard short staffed. Management was excellent. Price was very fair for the location. I love staying at Hilton Hotels because of the consistency! The restaurant was very nice and the pool and work out room were also very clean. Food prices were a little high, but for the convenience, I would say it was reasonable. This was one of my best experiences for a long weekend with family and very close to our venue. I would stay here again.

Needed a hotel with a shuttle close to O’Hare and this worked out perfectly. All of the staff are so gracious, with a particular shout out to Nicole and Ashley on reception who were incredibly helpful. Hotel was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Only negative was the bed pillows. Jim the Barman was very friendly and entertaining. We enjoyed the French onion soup, it was delicious. We will definitely return when we need an airport hotel.

Been to this hotel many times, have always had a great experience. This recent one was good, except disappointed that the mini shop there was closed at the time I went. Another disappointment would be the breakfast. We didn’t know that the fresh omelets where we got to pick and choose isn’t really available anymore. We got the breakfast package but that wasn’t worth it at all. For eggs and bacon, that would’ve been even more… not worth it either

Great place. Excellent staff and that matters a lot. Rooms are typical if maybe a little dated but certainly nice. Food was good. Just a little further from the airport than I expected. Shuttle runs ever 30 minutes.

The place is very clean and very well maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. All kinds of coffee is available in the room. They have a restaurant and the food is excellent. Parking is $20 a day. 3 miles from the airport ( O Hare) that is, it’s very convenient and they have a shuttle bus leaving every hour. It is a great place to stay.

Easy access from and to airport. Building common areas and room are very clean and modern. The best thing in my opinion is the restaurant and bar area in the lobby. These restaurants in lower price point hotels are usually mediocre at best. Not here. Hand cut steaks, a wide range of made from scratch continental dishes, you name it. Burgers custom made for them by a gourmet meat purveyor. Some of the spirit selections would be hard to find in a 4 star hotel bar. Overall, highly recommend.

The worst hotel around Chicago! Employees steal your medications from your room ! We stayed 12/29- 1-1-24 1st shift is nasty Down right rude for no reason! U work at a hotel sweetie get it together! we lost power 12-31 for about hour n half it was horrific! We was suppose to be on vacation till 1-7 now that's not happening because their employee stole very important medication! We are now out $500 from our 2nd vacation spot!! We live 10 hrs away we can't just run home! Makes me sick! Never again Hilton Hotel!! You just lost 3 families that are diamond card holder!! & I will most definitely be telling everyone I know that stays with any Hilton hotel!

I stay here every other week practically while traveling. I always enjoy my stay! The Garden restaurant is my favorite to go to while I’m here, Mario is amazing! I also recently met with Marcia with Hilton Grand Vacations who gave me a great deal on an upcoming vacation I have planned!

This hotel stay was amazing. My flight got delayed and I didn’t make it to my next flight. The rooms were clean and sanitized, the bed was comfortable I didn’t want to wake up this morning. Plus once I got there they had the restaurant open, I had to try some Chicago Pizza and it was delicious.

Stayed for 5 nights for business, service was great, very friendly staff. Breakfast and lunch area staff was amazing, good cost benefit ratio for the food. 5 minute walk to Rivers casino and free shuttle to/from the airport every 30 minutes. It's not the best location if going to Downtown Chicago but definitely worth the business trip.

Nothing great, nothing bad. Perfect hotel for business trip. Rooms are good size. Staff is welcoming and helpful always, has always been the case and I have seen the staff completely change. Pantry items are reasonably priced. Restaurant is slightly expensive.

Travel fiascos over the 4th had me staying in Chicago unexpectedly- shuttle pick up at the airport with drop off at front door. Beautiful hotel with restaurant/bar open late - as I walked in ordered some food right up. Room was clean, cool and very welcoming 😊

I only ate breakfast with family that were staying in the hotel. My review is of the brunch which was really good and very reasonably priced. Scrambled eggs in a buffet are never particularly good and these were just OK but the bacon was really tasty and there was a large variety of choices of fruits and breads, cereals. Almond milk was available. My sister who is a vegan found the oatmeal to be especially good. Real cooked oats with lots of extras to mix in, not the tear open package sugary kind. The coffee was good, very good. The staff was especially attentive and helpful. Very warm and friendly. rThey met a special request with a really nice attitude. Plenty of parking but you have to get a ticket and the free time is 3 hours.

I think it’s crazy to not get complimentary cleaning when staying 4 days & 3 nights. They only offer cleaning for guests that stay over 5 days. Restroom doesn’t come with any extra toiletries. Only had 2 rolls of tissue and had to come down to request for some. The restaurants breakfast is no good and the service during breakfast is very poor. They have a sign at the restaurant that says wait to be seated so I stood there at the sign and no server acknowledge me until about 10 minutes later. After that, I had to basically still seat myself as she said that she couldn’t find a table when there was a clear table in the back for one person to sit at. Waited at the table for 15 minutes and none of the servers came up to me. I had to go up to a server to place my breakfast order as I wasn’t eating from the buffet. Brought my check out right after bringing my food, so felt a bit rushed. Was definitely disappointed that I had to stay at this establishment for a business trip.

Rooms were very good, service good polite. Location also good. But shuttle doesn’t go to the international terminal which was a bummer because we booked this hotel assuming shuttle would go. The driver said traffic was heavy, what a silly reason. Very bad. Don’t advertise shuttle services if you can’t provide one.

Clean, comfortable room. Friendly staff. Convenient airport shuttle service. Nice on-site restaurant & bar. My only gripe is having to pay $20 to park in their parking lot. I've never seen that before. Must be a big city thing.

I had a great stay (4 nights) at the Hilton Garden Inn. I took advantage of the airport shuttle and was pleased with the availability. The room was very clean and the service was great. I requested that they take out the trash and refill the Keurig station on day three and they took care of it as well as refreshed the towels. I only had breakfast at the hotel restaurant and was happy with the selection and the quality of the bacon (which is generally lacking in a hotel.) The staff was very friendly and helpful. The catered food during our business lunches was also good. I was also happy that they had beer for sale in the store. The location was convenient and I ubered nightly to local breweries.

Nice hotel. Updated & modern. Main lobby nice & clean. Main area restrooms were clean. I did not stay here, but attended a conference. I was in Room A & B. Their breakfast & lunch were catered from hotel, it was basic, nothing to write home about. You have to pay $20 to park.

I was given hotel and meal vouchers by American Airlines. The hotel vouchers worked perfectly, but I was told my meal vouchers would be handled and they weren’t. I ate the meal at the hotel’s restaurant and was given my bill. I put my meal vouchers with the bill and I was still charged the full price. I told the front desk this and turned my receipt and meal vouchers in with them and they said it would be handled, since they are the ones that who have to take the meal voucher off. It was never done and they are completely no help and very rude when I called back trying to get my vouchers taken off my bill. They refuse to fix the mistake and just hang up on me when I call trying to get the problem resolved since I’m in another state. I have NEVER been treated this poorly by a hotel in my life.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel was clean. I liked that you needed to show proof of vaccination to get into the pool. I wish they would have put a sign on the door to tell people to go to the front desk to get into the pool because often I had to open the door and tell people to go to the front desk to show their cards and they got mad at me. The pool was warm as well as the pool area. My kids had so much fun and wanted to swim the whole time.

The staff here is wonderful. The rooms are clean. Showers are high and water pressure is good. Walking distance from casino. Only bad thing is currently hotel shuttle dies not go to Rosemont Entertainment/Shopping District so it restricts the things you can do within a few miles if you don't have a car.

This was one of the worst experiences. My visit was on New Year’s Eve and despite being promised shuttle service, I waited over two hours at the buss and shuttle station, until I was the last person there. The only way I got to the hotel was through another shuttle from a different hotel. I was then charged full price for my stay despite the fact that all the amenities I paid for were closed by the time I arrived. Would not recommend.

If you're like me and had the unfortunate experience of having to book a flight through United airlines. More than likely your flight's going to be delayed you'll end up missing your connecting and then they'll offer you a room for the night to try and compensate for your loss of time. The Hilton is a decent pick if you are forced to stay somewhere because of someone else's incompetence.

Very nice hotel, super friendly staff. I love that it is very easy to get to the All State Arena. Yes parking is $18, but the majority of hotels in Chicago charge for parking so there is no point in griping about it. But I do have one complaint... the room we were assigned on the 5th floor had very high beds making it difficult to get into bed. I even looked around the room for a step stool or something. I was able to get in bed but was a little hard. If I hadn't been able to I would have asked for another room. Other than that, the room was very clean, loved that the bathroom smelled like a swimming pool (not overpowering). I would definitely stay here again when in Chicago.

Such a great experience and affordable rates. This is an exemplary hotel that has not discounted its quality and service despite likely pandemic impacts. Room and common areas were clean, staff were attentive and responsive. Shuttle service to the airport was also really convenient.

This is rare. I cannot say enough good things about my stay here. Everyone was truly professional and friendly. Kudos to the manager and his/her staff. I know training and I know when a team is being lead and trained well. Every person I came in contact with was smiling, doing their job, and making sure guests felt great about interacting with them and their stay. From front desk to kitchen staff to cleaning personnel - BRAVO. Everything was clean, food was great, the bar was great and the service was great. Truly a rare thing in today's world. THANK YOU ALL.

We really liked this place. The free shuttle to the airport came in super handy because I had an unplanned funeral I had to fly to. We were just staying to be close to family in the area. The restaurant was very good. Breakfasts were delicious and so were dinners. It was also very fairly priced. Betty was our server on several nights and she was super nice. The workout room has all new equipment which was great and much of the place was newly renovated. Lobby was spacious and so were the rooms. Staff were very helpful and great customer service. We will definitely recommend.

I love the location, quiet but the Casino is right next door. There us an on-site restaurant, gym, market with food as well as souvenirs and they offer a shuttle every 30 mins to the airport 24 hours a day. Overall I would definitely stay again if in the area.

Shout out to Amy! My parents international flight was canceled and the airline booked them a room in the hotel. Amy was really helpful when I was calling the hotel to make sure they got in ok since they speak little English and had no cell reception. Amy got me on the phone with them and explained how the voucher from the airline work. Really appreciate her help especially because it was late at night and there was a big group of people checking in.

Starting with the check in. It was very easy and convenient. Once I ot to the room. Everything was nice and very clean. My kids loved the snacks in the room. Even though the bed were very hard and difficult for my toddler to get up, they were very comfy. Housekeeping was excellent. Very nice and friendly. The pool, spa and kids area were amazing!!! Also, I loved how I couldn’t hear the airplanes noise since we were so close to the airport but my kids loved watching the so close from the window. We also didn’t hear anything from our neighbors. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Everything was close to the hotel. Will definitely come back. Thank you.

Our flight got canceled, 10 min away from airport. Hotel was recommended from American airlines. Hot tub was a plus. We ate at the Restaurant was delicious. Casino was like a 10 minute walk. The shuttle was another plus. We took airline recommendations and I'm satisfied with stay.

Clean rooms, comfy beds , very quite for the hotel to be packed. Definitely accommodating to children heated pool area with splash pad heated pool And hot tub), front desk staff were very accommodating and nice. Would Give the breakfast service a B only Due to the waitress not being being pleasant or informative. Hotel looks better in person website pictures seems older.

I was very pleased with everything. Chicago pricing is a little high, but I am from a town of 400 people. Staff was great to talk to once they realized I wasn't a Karen! Dinner and Lunch was very good. Apps at the bar and selection of cocktails was very good. Both bartenders very pleasant. Breakfast was ok - not a fan of fake eggs; but I could have ordered off the menu. Room was clean and quiet and modern. Tall showers - 6'6" very happy man.

Staff refused coffee in the lobby prior to breakfast. $35 for 6 beers is quite ridiculous. We did enjoy the comfortable room. Pool was nice. We appreciated the pet friendly atmosphere.
