I used to basically be here every week prior to COVID and I missed it dearly. It's fantastic now! I live around the corner and will be back absolutely regularly from this point on. Bartender is wicked cool and a great performer. Other acts effing killed. I'm so happy it's become such a wonderful haunt.

I love Jarvis Square Tavern! It is a cute little dive bar just around the corner from home. It is impossible to go there without making new friends. It's a gathering spot for many in our community and it is my happy place. Thank you for being here and thank you for being so welcoming!

I really love this spot, which is basically a straight-friendly sports bar for queer people. But it’s also so much more. They have a great tap list if you’re into beer. They also a classy but accessible cocktail menu. The last time I was there, there was an almond joy slushie spinning in the slush machine, and I think the other was a red wine slushie. I got free samples, and they were both delicious. The bartenders are great. The last time I went, the owner thought I might like to try a hard kombucha after I ordered a hard seltzer and took the initiative to bring it to me. It was so thoughtful! They have open mic night on Wednesday and also host other fun community events. They don’t serve food, but you can order from R Public two doors down and have it delivered right to your table. Jarvis Square Tavern has something for everyone, and it’s super welcoming and inclusive!

My favorite pub in town. Super friendly staff and clientele. If you’re nearby and lonely, it’s a great place to feel welcome and accepted.

So glad we stopped in. my partner and I stopped in for one last drink on our way home from Craft Beer Week. The bartender was really friendly and knowledgeable about the numerous options. they have 16 taps AND predominantly local. quite a few options in can or draft that are minority brewed. the place was really comfortable and the regulars were inviting. they don't serve food but you can order from many places around there and they have silverware and condiments. But did i mention the beer selection?? it rounded out CBW perfectly.

Do yourself a favor and visit this charming community bar. The people are really nice and welcoming. They have a fantastic mix of rotating beers on tap with great local breweries included. Want something special - no problem! Specialty/theme drinks can always be found. If you're a sports watcher, this is the place for you. Quiet conversation, this is the place for you. WE were excited to check thia place out it looks beautiful online and its close to home...We walked in No one greeted us..Big Guy behind the bar looked right at my husband and I..didn't say anything...We were trying to figure out do we just sit anywhere...the gentleman still doesn't say anything to us....We decide to seat ourselves then noticed it says CASH ONLY...my husband walks to the bar to double check ..the gentleman was speaking to someone sitting at the bar ..he finishes his conversation...then turns to my husband ..my husband confirms it is CASH ONLY...I was so happy that was the case...We said thank you so much...and got OUT OF THERE...HE WAS SO RUDE ANS JUST BAD VIBE!!!! Went next to RPublic...Not sure if these places are the same owners but it's like NIGHT AND DAY!!!!! We were actually acknowledged and seated...Our waiter DONOVAN was AMAZING!!!! PIZZA AND WINGS ALSO AMAZING!!!!! Ended up being a great date night!
