It’s a nice clinic BUT …!!! I have been a patient only for 5 months, so far I have been asked to reschedule my appointments twice because the doctor won’t be available to see me on the date we agreed. Here is the issue!!! I made my CO2 Laser appointment 3 months in advance, knowing that this severe laser treatment would put me out of work 7-10days, and I told my work management that, I won’t be able to work at that time, and made my all vacation plans and other work related plans around it. And I get a phone call from a rep, saying because the doctor won’t be available on my appointment date, no excuse is given, they treat it like a normal routine. I am sorry but you can’t do that to your patient, this is your internal issue, if you are short staffed, get a replacement doctor but don’t change my appointment, because I have treatment routine I NEED to follow. So now most likely I can’t make another appointment until late December because all my plans are ruined, “And I already started to think, THE DOCTOR WONT BE AVAILABLE because of the holiday schedule bla bla” Be careful, when you choose this clinic!! They are great “IF THEY ARE AVAILABLE TO SEE YOU” but you would be asked to be rescheduled many times, and they do in a manner that they couldn’t care less about it.

What a gratifying experience! As a newbie, I came to CCSD with a lot of trepidation. I needn’t have worried. With the lovely Kristen to guide me through every step, everything was explained in detail and all questions were answered. I was impressed with the options available and I never felt any pressure about how to proceed. The professionalism and warmth of Dr Jacobs and all of the staff was first rate. I would recommend CCSD without reservation. I will definitely be back!

I’ve been a patient at CCSD for almost 4 years and I am a huge fan. I saw Dr. Fine for injections (prior to her leaving), regularly see Whitney for day-to-day derm needs, and use Nicki and Angela for facials / peels. The office is always on-time and I’m always seen quickly once I’m back in a room. I am a tough patient - I have very odd reactions to treatments and extremely sensitive skin. Dr. Fine was the kindest, most compassionate practitioner and Whitney has continued to go above and beyond in helping to treat the myriad of random issues that I bring her. I trust her immensely and know she’ll do anything in her power to help me feel good about my skin. Angela & Nicki are also gems- they know what they’re talking about and make you feel like a million bucks, even when you’re walking out of the office with a post-procedure face. The entire staff is extremely accessible. I regularly use the texting feature & I love that they have a triage line for patients. While they do sell you on products (that’s part of the job!) they also have really fun perks- like birthday discounts and reward points that you can redeem to make it a little less painful to swipe your card there. The cost of Botox, etc. is definitely high, but it is everywhere these days. Ask them for price transparency and you’ll get it- just make sure you check them out!!

I was in an accident earlier this year and had to get stitches on my forehead and along my eyebrow. I had 3 physician friends recommend Dr. Ibrahim. Dr. Ibrahim made me feel so comfortable with his treatment plan and reassured me that my scares would barely be visible once I was done with treatment. After 8 months of laser treatments and filler in one of scars, I no longer feel self-conscious. I highly recommend Dr. Ibrahim for any of your skincare needs and concerns!

I just went in for a consult, but this place is clearly one of the best of the best. Mandy is a beautiful soul who is so sweet and helpful. She clearly loves her job and wants help in any way she can. Dr. Christopoulos is extremely straight forward and honest about what the best choice is to get your best results. She is also very kind and personable. I felt super confident that she understood my desires and the vision I had for my body. Even though it meant putting off surgery until I could make more progress, that was her recommendation. It makes me feel so much better when I know my results are their top priority, not getting my money. The office is beautiful and clean. Staff is friendly and welcoming. As soon as the time comes, I will be back for my procedure. Highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Fine was amazing with my daughter. So kind and patient and thorough as well on her skin exam. She had a mole removed and the process couldn't have been easier. My daughter said she never wants to see another doctor for her skin issues ever again! She's now a Dr. Fine customer for life :)

I have been working on a particular scar for years. I had become pretty saddened by my previous dermatology work, as it has actually exacerbated the issue and cost tons of money. I did a consultation and procedure with Nicki Loizzi. Not only was she super sweet, but she was very knowledgeable about the products, was able to answer all of my questions, and was extremely thorough and patient. She recommended that I try the VI peel, which worked very well for me. To my surprise, this scarring that I had been having trouble with for years was reduced by more than 50% after the first peel. I'm so glad I found her. My experience with her showed just how passionate she is about dermatology, and just how much she cares about each and every one of her patients. I'm looking forward to working with her more and can't wait to see my results over the course of the next year.

I had an appointment today with Dr Pritzker to consult on multiple dermatology related issues I have currently. First let me say the staff are amazing here. From the front desk receptionists to the exit staff and even the HR guy I met on the way out. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr Pritzker herself was awesome, and she has a wonderful bedside manner. She was funny and made me feel comfortable. Today she resolved 3/4 of my major issues (I wasn’t sure if it was just a consult) and I was able to schedule follow-up appointments to take care of my last major issue, and to plan for treatment of my secondary issues. I cannot recommend this place enough. You will not be disappointed.

Look far worse after 2 laser treatments for a few brown spots. The treatments burned my skin so badly the spots turned into large black spots for 2.5 weeks so noticeably bad they couldn’t be covered by makeup & had friends and family asking me what happened. Now I have far more noticeable red spots despite Dr. Ibrahim’s assurance that the treatments would knock out the spots. Asked for & received a refund on the laser treatments. Dr never bothered to contact me directly about my concerns and the outcome.

I have been seeing Dr. Jacob for over 20 years and am always impressed with the very high level of individualized care I receive. The entire team reflects the very thoughtful approach exemplified by Dr. Jacob. Whatever it is you are considering, you will be happy considering CCSD.

The best lash lift i've ever had !! Jessica Taylor did my lashes today and she was so sweet. I've never felt more comfortable with someone doing my lashes than she made me feel. I'm 100% going to refer all my friends. The results were so satisfying and i feel instantly pretty. During the process Jessica made sure nothing hurt me and that i was totally comfortable. :) coming again in 4-6 weeks!

I visited Chicago Cosmetic Surgery and Dermatology to find out what my options were to treat an acne scar. Dr. Fine and all staff were very helpful and took the time to explain the process of the treatment I ultimately went with. I'm very happy with the results, which took just one visit to see awesome improvement. Would recommend to anyone!

The overall experience is very pleasant. I had a chemical peels done with Nicki and she was the BEST! She even gave me her phone number in case I had other questions or concerns. I do think that the prince is very high, however you get a very high special end treatment. You also need to consider any post procedure treatments (creams, serums, pads). If you go in with a budget, make sure that you tell you esthetician. Overall the experience was great!

Dr. Ibrahim is a brilliant dermatologist. I would say he is one of the top providers in his field. I have had an excellent experience working with him and his office. In addition to having top-notch training at the most elite centers of education, he has superb bedside manner. I recommend Dr. Ibrahim without reservation.

Do your research! I went in for a chemical peel, the first time no problem--second time, my esthetician got aggressive and my skin cooked and began to fry! I had great service until I started asking, "how did my brown skin turn white?" #SadService

I went and saw Dr. Jacob for my annual filler on my facial area two weeks ago. Yesterday I went for two week follow up. My first appointment was the most impersonal and rushed appointment I’ve ever had. The nurse gave more attention than she did. Dr. Jacob barely even looked at my face before applying filler. The only reason I scheduled a follow up, was due to me being unsatisfied on the rushed filler injectable completed by Dr. Jacob; Because of her inaccurate injectable placement, I was still charged a fee for additional filler when all other follow-ups have always been free of charge. Yesterday’s visit was even worse than the first. I had to wait one hour because she was backed up, and when she came in, she did not apologize at all, did not ask me questions and rushed out of the room as quick as she possibly could to end her workday.. I should have stayed with DR. FINE because she was hands down the best person I have ever gotten filler from. My one regret is scheduling an appointment with Dr. Jacob. I trust in any doctor for filler because of the price but also customer satisfaction. The facility is wonderful and DR. FINE is amazing!!!

Dr Jacobs is amazing! She had to remove additional tissue after an abnormal lab. It was completely painless. Her and her assist, Abby, did an amazing job explaining things and answering all my questions!

Professional, modern, well run, pristine office and exam rooms. Doctors and assistants are well trained, experienced and friendly. Dr. Pritzker is a standout; she is relentless is finding solutions to skin issues and has genuine care for patients.

I had surgery with Dr. Christopoulous a month ago and she is THE BEST! I did not have any pain recovering from my surgery and I am so happy with the results. She changed my life. Dr Jacob is absolutely great with lasers. Did fraxel several years ago for sun damage and I got fantastic results. Recently treated bad rosacea flare-up with excel, and again great results. Very clean, and professional office. Very polite and friendly staff. Alot of paperwork but totally worth it.

Dr Fine is a 5 star excellent Dermatologist , very knowledgeable ,professional, gentle and listens to my concerns and comes up with an effective solution. Dr Fine is doing an excellent job in treating my acne bumps which are very firm and dense. Dr Fine is very attentive, good listener and operates in a very patient friendly manner. The office has a great setting centrally located in the loop, very convenient and a great group of friendly attentive staff. I came in to have a small mole biopsied because it had recently changed color and texture. It ended up being Stage 1 melanoma. I am so thankful for Dr. Fine, Jackie, and the rest of the staff for catching it so early. I came in for a wide excision and they made me feel comfortable during the entire process, and reassured me that everything was removed. I will be anxiously awaiting the next pathology result, but I know I am in good hands!

Dr. Caroline Shepperd is very professional and so very nice. Quite concerned with the comfort of her patients. She also keeps up pleasant conversation to keep the patient relaxed. I actually enjoyed myself. I’ll definitely come again.

The staff and the doctors provide excellent and quality service! I have been with this clinic since 2017 for that very reason. One aspect they could improve on is printing out all the information during the check-out process (without the patient explicitly requesting) that was covered during the appointment so the patient can retain them for their records. The clinic used to automatically do this without the patient explicitly asking and I found this very helpful for keeping track of my progress and medication. I think the clinic should continue this practice to provide excellent service to it's patients!

CCSD is the best around!! They offer a wide range of aesthetic services and their estheticians are knowledgeable and so kind. Meghan Dare has performed several Diamond Glow microdermabrasion treatments on me and they always leave me feeling refreshed and like all that gunk from my "masne" (mask acne) is sucked away! Would highly recommend.

Dr. Omer Ibrahim is fantastic!! He genuinely knows what he is doing, is professional, but also nice. I have been to a few places looking for real results for extensive sun damage on my face and this is the ONLY place I've found that has given me excellent results. I went with Fraxel since it really gets to your deep skin and am so glad I didn't stick with trying med spas and IPL since it doesn't seem to have any long-term results, based on my experiences. The assistants have also been incredibly kind and want to make sure you have a pleasant experience. This is also the first place I've been that has diagnosed me with (mild) rosacea, so I now have some basic skincare products for that and it seems to help, as well. Thanks!

I had TERRIBLE experience with this office. I was given a price for a service which I agreed upon which was increased twice right prior to the appointment. I talked to 'Billing manager', Monika, she was quite rude to me as the rest of the stuff. Also, the prices are at least twice higher then market prices. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Dr. Ibrahim was absolutely amazing! He is very kind and an excellent physician. He listened to all of my concerns and gave me very detailed feedback about his recommendations. His staff was also super helpful and wrote down everything that we discussed in a lot of detail so I could review it when I got home. He gave me several options for treatment and included me in the discussion for what plan would work best for me. He and his staff were also very conscious about pricing and finding a treatment plan that worked best for my budget. Every step of the visit was seamless from getting seen immediately on time to having my prescriptions set up for delivery to my door before I had even left the office. I really like going here- I’ve been visiting Dr. Hersch for about year now. She is very friendly always listens and has good appointment availability. She has recommended several products that I use as well. This office is always nice because they get you in and out in a timely manner but you never seemed rushed.

I love Dr Campbell and Dr Jacobs. They are both superior at what they do. Dr Campbell has done Moh’s surgery on me with minimal scaring. The phone system is awful- you can never get a human.

This post is long overdue! In January, I went to Dr. Ibrahim to get Botox for the first time. He was so patient with all my questions, friendly and talked me through the entire procedure. The results were even better than expected (to the point where multiple friends went for Botox after seeing my forehead). Because of the trust built, I decided to also get Radiesse injections for a non-surgical chin augmentation a few weeks later. While I did have a non-typical reaction to the injection and was left swollen for two months (at no fault of anyone at CCSD), Dr. Ibrahim and Kaya Flowers (billing) we’re incredibly responsive to my MANY questions/concerns, made extra time to accommodate additional check-ins at no additional cost, and offered solutions to help reduce the swelling. I’ve learned that Radiesse and I don’t agree, but I will absolutely be coming back to see Dr, Ibrahim for other procedures!
