I've never had a worse experience with a new restaurant then I had early this morning.  I have attached my call logs as proof as well as pictures of my receipt and my order.  I never received my $45 order that I placed.  So I called my restaurant thinking perhaps the driver got lost. I was then answered by a rude man stating that the driver called me when he arrived at my building around 4A.M.  I told him I never received any phone calls or texts(proof in the call logs provided) and my phone is on and in-service(There is a test call immediately after from my grandpa to prove my phone can receive calls).  He then hung up on me.  I immediately called back upset, and he continued to yell at me, and when I asked for a refund, I was told I wouldn't get one and I was told my food(which at this point, I did not care if it was cold, I just wanted my $45 worth of food) would not send another driver out with it. He barely let me speak, and yelled at me to come to the restaurant.  I told him I wasn't able to do that because I don't own a car. As someone who works in a restaurant, I am appalled that an owner and manager would let someone so disrespectful to customers be employed for them.  And if this was a manager, I don't understand why anyone would pay a manager to do such a pitiful job at customer service. He hung up again.  At 5:15A.M. I received a call from a delivery driver who was very nice.  I have attached pictures of what I recieved.  The entrees are nowhere near what I ordered.  Not only is it not what I ordered, ITS NOT EVEN WARM.  My fries were nowhere near warm, and they tasted hours old.  And the chicken mashup they sent felt like it wasn't even put under a heat lamp.  I feel as if the man on the phone sent me that to spite me.  I have never had such a bad experience trying a new place, and I definitely will not order from here again.

This is was a utterly disgusting idea to order from this cafe. When I called the establishment, I was answered by a man who seemed very rude. I gave him my order. (1 order of BBQ Wings and a Build Your Own Pizza with Pepperoni, Cheese, Sausage, Bacon, and Olives. After about a 50 minute wait my order arrived at my door. I payed the delivery person and thanked them and then went inside and opened the box. My wings looked fine but my pizza was just greasy and horrifying. My pizza didn't even have the right toppings! (took picture below please share it to show others what I almost had to eat) There were Avocados on my pizza when I didn't even order them to be on my pizza! It took them 50 min to get my stuff prepared and then they give me this? What service is this? Please improve!

fantastic food! I currently am in the hospital with multiple organ failure because of an infection I got from the meatballs. I asked for pepperoni as a topping for my pizza but they gave me ricin! Overall a great experience even though I was charged 90$ for french fries.

The food was so good i had heart attack. I think my body was so amazed at how good my pizza was that it just stopped responding after a few minutes. Then i went into septic shock. Yeah! I also think that also happened for the same reason and that is because my body was shocked and amazed at how really good pizza i ate and it was so good that i went to the hospital for two different medical emergencies. Then I got both arms amputated. Not by the doctors but by the pizza delivery driver who followed me to the er because he was mad that i didn't tip him well guess what how can i tip you now buddy i have no arms huh?

I ordered a calzone and steak and cheese early this morning. Since they are coming from Boston, I gave them the benefit of the doubt on the wait time for delivery. After approx 80 minutes -no delivery, no call. I called and spoke with an extremely rude employee who told me I provided the wrong phone number and that he personally called me as well. All of which are complies LIES. Gentlemen said "not my fault you fell asleep and didn't answer the door". Funny, considering I was on my couch looking out the window for an hour so I could see when my "delivery" would be arriving. I demanded a refund and this despicable human being mocked me and said he just makes food and I would never be getting a refund. I was scammed out of 70 dollars. I even called the police since this is legit a criminal scam. They were of no help. I'm now looking into other channels to recoup my hard earned money this place stole from me.

Well, after the blood transfusion I had to get I'd say the eggrolls arent really as bad as they look. They actually still looked the same coming out the other end believe it or not, I dont understand how it was even possible but based on the muffled noises I heard and the pentagram drawings in the "restroom" I'm certain that I became an unknowning participant in something supernatural going on. 666 stars!

Waaaaaayyy over priced. Bought a pizza and small fries and a can of soda cost $53. When I called to confirm the prices of things I was yelled at on the phone and hung up on. The food was blah nothing special. The only good thing is that its open 24hrs & the only reason I'm giving it more than 1 star. NEVER AGAIN

Terrible, do not ever order from there, made a order for delivery, they charged me and everything, and after me waiting for half hour have to call them asking for my food and they didn’t even picked up my calls, this the time that I’m still waiting for my food. Hope they close you down for good.

Although they charge extra if you ask to get a ball shave they will give you one as long as you got some hair on your balls and cash then they got you. They cut the hair with pizza cutters so thats a bonus and after they cut they usually will clean it after with the napkins on the tables. So if you ever wonder why they are soggy then my fault.

So I ate here and the pizza was so bland when I went to go shoot it out later the pizza was still fully formed. Interestingly enough the pepperonis did digest, and on the plus side free pizza! Also the napkins were wet, still trying to figure that one out.

I had to give you one ⭐️, you’ve only been getting 1 ⭐️ Reviews for a very long time now. I could get better reviews in a studio apartment kitchen with only one burner working and having no seasonings. 👎👎

Disgusting. Why do they have the best chicken in Boston on Uber? That's a lie. Caesar salad didn't even have parmesean. Chicken salty eww. I knew I shouldn't have ordered here.

Don't understand the hate but they're suprisingly alright! Not the best kind of pizza out there but if you're in a hurry and are looking to fill your stomach then this place is it.
