I've
never
had
a
worse
experience
with
a
new
restaurant
then
I
had
early
this
morning.
I
have
attached
my
call
logs
as
proof
as
well
as
pictures
of
my
receipt
and
my
order.
I
never
received
my $45 order
that
I
placed.
So
I
called
my
restaurant
thinking
perhaps
the
driver
got
lost.
I
was
then
answered
by
a
rude
man
stating
that
the
driver
called
me
when
he
arrived
at
my
building
around
4A.M.
I
told
him
I
never
received
any
phone
calls
or
texts(proof
in
the
call
logs
provided)
and
my
phone
is
on
and
in-service(There
is
a
test
call
immediately
after
from
my
grandpa
to
prove
my
phone
can
receive
calls).
He
then
hung
up
on
me.
I
immediately
called
back
upset,
and
he
continued
to
yell
at
me,
and
when
I
asked
for
a
refund,
I
was
told
I
wouldn't
get
one
and
I
was
told
my
food(which
at
this
point,
I
did
not
care
if
it
was
cold,
I
just
wanted
my $45 worth
of
food)
would
not
send
another
driver
out
with
it.
He
barely
let
me
speak,
and
yelled
at
me
to
come
to
the
restaurant.
I
told
him
I
wasn't
able
to
do
that
because
I
don't
own
a
car.
As
someone
who
works
in
a
restaurant,
I
am
appalled
that
an
owner
and
manager
would
let
someone
so
disrespectful
to
customers
be
employed
for
them.
And
if
this
was
a
manager,
I
don't
understand
why
anyone
would
pay
a
manager
to
do
such
a
pitiful
job
at
customer
service.
He
hung
up
again.
At
5:15A.M.
I
received
a
call
from
a
delivery
driver
who
was
very
nice.
I
have
attached
pictures
of
what
I
recieved.
The
entrees
are
nowhere
near
what
I
ordered.
Not
only
is
it
not
what
I
ordered,
ITS
NOT
EVEN
WARM.
My
fries
were
nowhere
near
warm,
and
they
tasted
hours
old.
And
the
chicken
mashup
they
sent
felt
like
it
wasn't
even
put
under
a
heat
lamp.
I
feel
as
if
the
man
on
the
phone
sent
me
that
to
spite
me.
I
have
never
had
such
a
bad
experience
trying
a
new
place,
and
I
definitely
will
not
order
from
here
again.
