Miracle
tower.
Fairy
tale
house.
True,
the
history
of
the
house
and
its
owner
is
a
sad
fairy
tale.
The
place
for
the
construction
was
chosen
after
visiting
the
Tsvetkov
mansion
(located
across
the
house,
and
it
makes
sense
to
inspect
and
compare),
also
built
in
the
Russian
style.
Fascinated
by
the
views,
Pertsov
purchased
a
plot
nearby.
The
deed
of
sale
was
issued
in
the
name
of
Zina’s
wife,
so
in
many
sources
we
see
the
building
as
the
“Pertsova
House”.
The
house
was
built
according
to
Malyutin's
design
(architect
Zhukov,
engineer
Schnauber),
despite
the
fact
that
during
the
competition
first
place
was
awarded
to
Vasnetsov's
project.
The
interior
decoration
was
in
no
way
inferior
to
the
external
charm
of
the
building.
Surprisingly,
some
interior
details
have
been
preserved.
Unfortunately,
you
cannot
see
them;
entry
is
“not
for
everyone.”
Almost
immediately
after
construction,
the
house
was
mortgaged.
A
few
years
later
he
was
released
from
bail.
But
a
long
and
happy
life
in
the
house
did
not
work
out.
That
was
the
time.
Arrest
of
the
owner
of
the
house,
then
release,
but
also
simultaneous
eviction
from
his
own
home.
The
residents
of
the
house
were
unusual
and
colorful.
Trotsky
himself
moved
into
the
Pertsovs’
apartment.
“Creative
youth”
and
others
lived
on
the
upper
floors.
I
had
great
pleasure
looking
at
dragons,
magical
birds
and
other
strange
animals.
