Impressive!

Here is a standing tall proud and glorious Vostok rocket. The glory which speak volumes about the achievements in space by USSR. A real marvel dedicates to the people of Russia and ex USSR. Enter the VDNKh complex and walk straight without wasting time to get inspired. Definitely bring your kids and space lovers.

We are the first in space and this is evidence of that.

Very beautiful place, many exhibitions

This is the exact spot where you realise how small you are as a human, and how big this achievement is for humanity. You see where that tiny human Yuri Gagarin sat on top of such rocket, you see, what a monumental piece of human work was under him, thundering away, taking him, and humanity with him, into the orbit, the open space... You can stand right under it and look up to the rocket engines, and even on a cold day you can feel the heat... Mindblowing sight, mindblowing experience.

Interesting rocket display in ВДНХ.

An excellent exhibit, the proud heritage of our Soviet ancestors, who were the first to launch an artificial earth satellite and man into space (into low-Earth orbit).

As i understand, It's not the exact Rocket that lunched with Yuri Gagarin. it's a same model or a copy of it.

The Korolev "seven" carried Gagarin into space and we are still traveling on it. It’s not for nothing that this weighty and dimensional model has been standing in front of the Space pavilion for many years...

While this rocket really is very impressive, there's not much to do here. It also isn't very clear that this is just a replica, not the actual thing. It's a great decoration for the front of the adjacent kosmos pavilion, which is well worth a visit!

Amazing place for tourists. A must see in Moscow

Best time to visit: late evening

During the winter you can skate all over the park and the best skate place is around the rocket

Amazing place! Made it for everybody, to spend time with a lot of healthy fun!!! All VDNH is full beauty, instructives, a great vision in the magament of the space, and full of history, with enormous, interesting, and impresive things(as real rockets, helicopters, spacial ships, planes) and expectacles( like it you can find in the acquarium)
