Had dinner here with a couple friends and overall it was a good experience for most. First the atmosphere here is buzzing, inside it was bustling, almost full on a Saturday night. The staff were friendly and attentive, we even got party hats to wear. We got the mixed grill, beef kafta and the Cairo street platter. The beef kaftas were tender, juicy and well portioned. The dish comes with 4 kaftas, a bit of onions & parsley and a garlic sauce. The mixed grill was also very good, 2 of each skewer with a tabouli salad and garlic sauce. The Cairo street platter wasn't worth the $28 price tag. Portion was small and nothing really stood out unfortunately. The platter include 2 half size falafels, watery fava beans, small bowl of eggplants and some pickles. Overall, the meat dishes we order were quite good but the vegan platter was a bit of a let down. I would still recommend this restaurant for the service, meat dishes and vibe 👌.

First time here, blown away. Such an amazing restaurant and experience. Staff have been so lovely, as soon as you walk in you can smell the delicious food, nice music playing and very welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious! Everything was so tasty, didn't have to wait too long, and the owner personally went to each table to check on how everything is going. Wow truly amazed at the service. Definitely coming back. 10/10. Parking is easy and plenty of space for seating. The booths are so cosy and private, felt very comfortable here. I wish I took more photos but it was too delicious and had to eat.

Wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff and delicious food. I love to try new things, and this ticked all the boxes. We tried a couple of the traditional dishes we had never heard of along with things we had before. All of it was cooked wonderfully and had a great mixture of flavours. The things we were familiar with were done so well I'm not sure I could have the takeaway shop versions ever again! My favourite thing was the meat sambousik. We were also celebrating our one year anniversary and owner made sure to come by and say congratulations, and offered us one of their speciality desserts. The decor was great and the owner let us take some photos with the fez'. Didn't have time to try the hookah, so we definitely plan on coming again. Overall perfect night.

The food at Pharaoh’s Lounge is delicious! I love the range of vegan meals on their menu and how the food is consistently good. The decor is beautiful, the outdoor area is a great spot for your Friday night and is so lively! Staff and owner Rami are so friendly, I’ll be coming back here frequently!

Heard about Breakfast Menu recently, this place is such a great find. Amazing customer service. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Perfect atmosphere to go with family and friends for a wide range of food. Maple Pancakes and Shakshuka were just brilliant, freshly made. Definitely will come back.

Sahtan! An experience so tantalising that for the first time, I had forgotten to capture photos of dishes prior to eating them. Chicken shawarma, deep fried cauliflower, labne and fattoush were my choices are a must haves. The decor is stylish and inviting. Staff are really friendly and the owner likes to walk around and make conversation with guests. A first time of many to follow.

The major hurdle was getting a parking spot. This place is located in a small shopping centre and we ended up parking way down the street, which was a bit of a pain because the Pharaoh Lounge only hold a table for 20 minutes. Got it by 5 minutes. My first impression was positive. Appropriate décor and a number of tables already full with happy looking people. The menu sounded very Egyptian (my first time in an Egyptian restaurant so I have no idea what is traditional and what isn't) and the prices quite high. "Better be good", I said to myself. Before the food arrived there was a blast of music and some movement. Turned out that this place has a belly dancer. She was great. She approached various tables, and actually invited customers to stand up and dance with her. My wife and I accepted the invitation while my teenage daughter sat there turning bright red. It was fun. The food arrived soon afterwards. I had the Pharaoh's mixed grill. Chicken, beef, lamb: yum. By the end of the evening I was happy and satisfied.

Great food and ambience. Wish the service was more consistent. The starters came within couple of minutes, the mains came in even faster. However we had to wait long for desserts so we ordered a takeaway.

We booked my daughters 18th birthday, and what a night to remember! Ramy and the staff were all so professional, kind and fabulous! Food was beautiful and the whole ambiance was spectacular! We had an amazing night!

Amazing atmosphere, plenty of food , excellent service . I enjoyed the band night on 30/6/23 , it’s such a fantastic night , for sure will come again . Invite your friends and family to experience wonderful Egyptian and Arabic songs

Good and service were great. Kids meals were large and well priced. Banquet was lovely, so much food! Staff were friendly and attentive. We had a wonderful family lunch. Highly recommend.
