I have check with the CSO at the counter whether my insurance will be covered or not for a deep cleaning, the answer is YES, after I have finished my serviced, they told me it's not covering, and charged me 700 for half of the cleaning, and there will be another half need to be done, which i leave me no choice, I will be paying another 700. Terrible .............hightly not recommended.

I highly recommend Dr Tina Cheng, Not only she is  the most professional and trustworthy dentist I have ever visited, she is also a very kind and good-natured person. She genuinely cares for her patients and is very thorough with her check-ups. Dr Tina Cheng is an excellent dentist and always explains the procedure clearly and ensures a comfortable procedure. She takes care of my whole family 's oral health.

Dr. Tina provided an excellent experience. She took the time to explain the details of my treatment plan and was very patient in answering any questions I have. I would definitely recommend Dr. Tina to my friends and family. The clinic was also very clean and new.

Every receptionist lady I have met is very friendly and professional that they really do spend the time to explain the procedures to you and give you the peace of mind. I have encountered 4 dentists in this clinic for different procedures, 3 out of 4 of them are amazing and the one that I had bad experience with is no longer there. They allocate you to different dentists based on the different procedures you need to do. Dr Christina is the friendliest dentist I have ever met, she is one of the most popular dentist there and she would be your perfect family dentist. Dr Hong has magic hands that he got my wisdom tooth out before I knew it, within 15min and no infection at all !!! FYI- I did get infection from my previous wisdom extraction with the dentist that no longer works there :( Dr Charles is a man of his own kind, he doesn’t talk a lot but he is a very experienced and skilled dentist based on the 2 major surgeries I have done with him. Overall I’m pretty happy with my experience with Experteeth Chatswood :)

Strongly refers doctor Annie Chen, who is patient, kind and very professional. I always had this issue of being nervous in the hospital/dentistry, and had some serious teeth issue that is troubling me from time to time. Annie performed the whole procedure smoothly and shows strong technical proficiency. I’ve now changed my routine teeth check to this branch and have booked a new session for teeth decay treatment.

The dentists here are highly professional and equipped with expert knowledge but would never interact with patients in any way that may be condescending. Instead, they always explain to me my problems in a way I can understand. The dentists I had always offer me a variety of treatment plans with their estimated costs to allow me to choose the treatment that's the most appropriate to my situation. Amazing team and please do keep it up👍
