Interior is super bright and staff are very friendly. Terra cotta is great small and cozy cafe to get delicious lunch / brunch food. The pumpkin kale salad is super refreshing and filling at the same time. Would totally come back!!

He greets everyone including the 4 legged customers that stop by. Coffee is excellent and food is wonderful. The way he communicates with his staff is the same as how he talks to customers. Genuine bloke! Even my 4 year old loves the place!

After eating at another restaurant, I discovered this amazing cafe and wish we had come here first! The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable, with a relaxing decor that sets a great vibe. Even though we were already full, we couldn't resist getting some coffee, a Portuguese Custard Tart, and hot chips to-go. I have to say, that custard tart was absolutely sensational! I'll definitely be ordering it again on my next visit. And those hot chips? They were fantastic! I loved that they kept the skin on. All in all, a great experience!

First time is Sydney for my partner and mentioned the fantastic cafes here (she’s from Melbourne). Firstly, efficient and happy staff which great every customer - great service. Good breakfast deals (last page). Speciality coffee, including all alternative mills and batch brew/cold brew. Portion sizes were good, well cooked. Dine in or take away. Reward system for coffee, I saw many grab take away which implies it is loved by locals! Easy to grab a seat for brunch this Wednesday morning.

Fabulous brekkie experience this morning. Loved the complimentary option of still and sparkling water for the table. Coffee was faultless. All of our breakfast options were delicious. Will definitely be back. Lovely service too.

Really good batch brew. Service was very friendly and the staff was super considerate in pulling down the shades when it was a bit too sunny.

We love when we find surprising new places. Not that this cafe is that new, it’s been open a year, but we had heard nothing about it until finding it on a stroll. Located in a quiet corner of Darlington, near one of favourite restaurants, Kindred and close to Abercrombie and Cleveland St. Terracotta Roasters is a moderately sized space to fit appropriately 30 diners. White and wood tones, with stylish art, the cafe is cool and comfortable. The cafe roasts their own beans and this coffee venture is headed by former Australian Barista Championship judge Cedric Kim. He is honestly one of the nicest staff we’ve met, and his team carries this wonderful attitude through the store. Their outstanding customer service makes the visit a standout. Coffee wise, you name it, they’ve got it. Whether it is all-you-can-drink batch or cold brew, milk based or espresso. The coffee was flavourful, creamy and so enjoyable that we did have more than one each. My espresso was an Ethiopian single O, roasted only the day prior and produced a lovely long lasting taste. They are using beans from all around the world to keep it interesting! They’ve got matcha, chai, affogatto’s, gelato milkshakes, teas, fresh juices and frappes too. Whilst it’s all about the coffee, they most certainly have also put together an amazing food menu too. We were equally impressed by the food! The humble bacon and egg roll looks like a work of art, just waiting for that yolk to be pierced. It came with a yuzu sesame coleslaw and served on a soft milk bun. And, for only $12 as a combo with the coffee, that’s extraordinary value. Other offerings include their ‘Ivy Bruschetta’ (soy and lindseed toast with multi-coloured cherry tomatoes, boconccini cheese, basil, honey and a hint of garlic) which you can get with a coffee for only $15. Or shall it be the Roaster's Eggs (free-range poached eggs and chorizo in a house-made tomato sauce with sourdough), a smoked pulled pork burger, it their morning burger ugh ago and a hash brown? For vegetarians, the mushroom dish is a winner. Slices of polenta topped with a mix of mushrooms; enoki, Swiss brown, button, king trumpet and topped with and a free-range poached egg and drizzled with truffle oil. In addition on their all day menu they’ve also got a roast pumpkin salad, garlic prawn pasta, chicken risotto and omelettes or it can be as simple and tasty as eggs on toast. Whilst the cafe isn’t be haunted by all the instagrammers out there, this is part of the charm. It’s busy, but not crazy, frequented by those in the know. It is certainly a quality roaster and cafe and undoubtedly we’ll be back!

It is a lovely place to have breakfast or lunch. They have a nice coffee, too. I know many of my colleagues from the University of Sydney go to this cafe to get their coffees fix. Definitely recommend 👌

The server was realllly friendly. Free water & sparkling water for dine in. GREAT coffee, really. They need more coverage, as we think this is one of the best coffee we've tried in Sydney. Breakfast was also tasty. Place is a bit tiny, but enough space and homy.

A neighbourhood gem in Chippendale and they have one of the best Cold Brew in town! Their food is nice and the price is reasonable, it also has food and drink combos on the menu. Very cute staffs and it is one of the nicest places you can walk-in and enjoy a lazy sunny weekend brunch ;)

Got a combo with pumpkin sandwich and white coffee. Sandwich bread is well toasted, pumpkin is very well cooked, and coffee is so pretty and nice. Well worth it!

The coffee was good, only had a piccolo and it was authentic. It had strong nut flavor I really enjoyed. The bean they used was fresh, the barista knows we what they are doing.
