    I would give a zero if I could. For me my mornings are very important start of the day. It sets me up to "having a good day" or "having a bad day" Nothing ruins the start of the day as a rude "server" (or service station attendant) and this morning I had a shocking service! Thank you very much next time I will drive to another service station.

    I came in after a long night craving some hot food. There were only a few options left and they didn’t seem fresh. So I bought myself a hot tea and asked the customer service person named Mohamed if he has anymore hot food he’s cooking in the back. He was on his phone on speaker and was not even responding to the question I asked instead just said, “$1”. No please, No thank you. Just absolutely rude customer service. Not gonna come back again.

    One of the worst and worst customer service I go this store twice a day when ever I see this guy he is rude and arrogant and always on phone he is always been rude never had a smile some one need to fix his arrogance and attitude he always throws the smoke at me when I buy he was on shift Sunday 29th Jan around 3:30pm you need to change the staff one of the worst ever customer service I get is from this store I go other 7/11 as well I see the staff very good I go to the Marrickville 7/11 every day I see there one of the best customer service you guys need to get the staff trained at this store specially the guy I said he never has is name on his t shirt that’s why I don’t know his name

    1:35am visit. Been coming here for years, which is why I'm not giving less stars. I tried to buy tally hi papers, and was told that they didn't sell them. Which is funny, because I bought filters and rolling tobacco just yesterday. I then asked for a brand of cigarettes that your employee was unfamiliar with, which is not surprising, but without more than a cursory glance, he said they didn't sell them. Which is, again, strange, because I've been buying them from this store for years. Please train your employees properly.

    Friendly staff trying to find items head office say are available to purchase, but 'no' stores have had any for over 2 weeks, yet they are still showing they're available to buy at 7 eleven stores on the app.

    Had the most rude, nasty and ill-mannered 15 second transaction paying for fuel in 50 years. Had to suggest that the service woman contact the police. Such is life.

    I'm a regular customer of 7-Eleven, especially for petrol. I've been using the app price-lock. I did not have any trouble until I arrived there. A few weeks ago, I tried to use there, the staff, his name is Sh...ib, he thinks he is smart, made some tricks to prevent me to use my app. He made mistake, cancelled the transaction. He caused me to pay about $20 extra. When I asked why he cancelled the transaction, he didn't say any apologies and begun behaving me rudely. I think he made some tricks to other customers to get their benefits to his pocket. I don't want to go there again until I don't see him again in this branch. He caused to lose your company's value. Penrith branch staff are so nice and helpful, I had been witnessing to other customers, it happened in front of me, they made mistake, but I heard a few times about their apologies.

    I used the car wash, it only did half the job, only the windscreen, only 2 mins. It should take more than 2 mins to cover the whole car. Disappointed customer

    Don’t buy things here, they rip off customers, they treat you with no respect, these people worth no respect, most of the time I was there I’ve seen they see customer as a rubbish, then when you stand for yourself to let them know they can’t treat anyone like that then they will even call cops on you, unbelievable shameful store, I’ll complain to customer service to stand for my right.
