Fuel by Night on fridays and Saturdays …. The best meal in a restaurant I’ve had in years. We came here on recommendations of friends and had no idea what to expect. We went for the shared menu and just loved every single mouthful. I’ve never ordered sashimi before but it was on set menu and it was one of my favourites. The labneh was sensational. Everything was a standout. The staff we so welcoming and attentive and explained the menu. The atmosphere was great. This was one of my favourite nights out in a long time. Edit: 2nd time here for dinner. 22 October 2022 and it didn’t disappoint

Fuel by Night is a fantastic experience from the Fuel Espresso Team. My wife and I have been there 3 times since they have opened their night time dining and we love it. The food is outstanding, full of flavour and well priced. Their plates are designed to share either between a group of you or be greedy and eat it all yourself its so good! The atmosphere is a real standout as well. The staff are friendly, energetic and take the time to interact with their guests. They make you feel like you have been invited over to their house for dinner instead of being a customer in a restaurant! If you like middle eastern/Israeli flavours then Fuel By Night is highly recommended!!

Everything we ordered was the best version of a dish I've ever tasted. The tabouli was amazing - I'm craving more! The service was also great - friendly, helpful & efficient.

Shout out to one of the best food I ever had in my life! I ordered the sharing plate for two to have it with my partner and we couldn’t stop eating until everything was finished. The ceviche won my heart but was hard to choose across all the delicious options! I will be back in a blink 😍🤤

I’ve dined at Fuel Brookvale on 3 occasions now, and am definitely counting... In a word, the food is simply fantastic. The c/mock tails are original and inspired. The menu has a wonderful tantalising selection of colourful and delicious tasting plates that are great to have on their own or as part of a shared banquet with friends in a warm and inviting atmosphere. For me though it was the lightness of the dishes and the great range of flavours that packed the punch. Tasty. Mm, mm.. It’s hard to know what to pick from the menu but even that’s made easy with the option of savouring the many delights from a fixed menu, not to mention the fabulous dessert platter, which from the presentation, looks almost too good to eat! - Karen P - 15 May 2021

From the moment you walk through the doors the hospitality from Jess and her team is first class, the food was incredibly fresh and delicious and the servings just kept on rolling, a hidden Gem in Brookvale, would highly recommend. We will be back!!! Our family hasn’t stopped raving about it, a unique cultural experience.

I'm rather picky about food and don't find a lot of restaurants that are flavourful and balanced. but wow, some of the best middle eastern/israeli food i've ever had! and the service was very attentive. i only wish the restaurant had better acoustics as the back can get quite noisy and echoy. Well done to the restaurant staff for creating such a great food experience!

Fuel by night is hands down my favourite restaurant on the northern beaches. Food is consistently outstanding, with fresh and good quality ingredients. The chicken shawarma is a must have! The service is also fantastic. Jess and the staff are very personable and make great efforts to make you feel at home. Atmosphere at night is very nice, especially on a Friday and we just keep coming back for more, and with so many delicious options on the menu so will you!

This is absolutely â wonderful place to experience beautiful authentic Middle Eastern/ Israeli cuisine in a lovely atmosphere. Staff are warm and attentive. Great wine list too. Excellent food as usual, still not quick enough to get to try the goulash, but everything else was awesome. The bagel in particular are always a good deal.

We absolutely love Fuel. The food is special, really delicious, we rave about it to all of our friends & have taken many back for dinner. The service is equally special, as they are so welcoming & make you feel like family. Once you have been once you will be back!

The most flavorsome food you will ever eat. You can taste the love in every single meal. My girlfriend and I could not recommend Fuel by night more if we tried. Do yourself a favor and book a dinner there.

We were lucky enough to experience a dinner at Fuel last night as part of Taste of the Beaches. So much awesomeness in one night. The chef, Liron, presented a six course menu, and shared a story about each course as we went along. We felt as though we were eating with family and the atmosphere was intimate and very welcoming!! Kudos to Jess and her team for putting this amazing night together. I hope this will be a regular occurrence.

This place is one of a kind. During the day with amazing breakfast and delicious coffee. At night with the best, and I really put emphasis on the word "BEST" middle eastern food you will find in Sydney and at the Northern Beaches. Is my go to every week, friendly staff and delicious food. Fuel is a must.

What a find!! Wife was supposed to cook dinner tonight so she ordered from Fuel😁and boy was I happy she did. Everything I had was spot on. Well seasoned and cooked and very tasty. We had the vegan kofta, turkish lamb and beef kofta, king fish ceviche, burnt eggplant, sweet potato tabbouleh and pickles. Will definitely be back for the rest of the menu. Good Job team Fuel👍

The coffee is good quality and quickly served. If you try anything, make it the Shakshuka, - Eggs poached in a piping hot tomato and onion gravy, served with a creamy middle eastern cheese and rustic bread. A staple around middle east and North Africa, tangyness and richness balance just right. Yum.

Fuel By Night, what a surprise! I've been a long time customer of Fuel Espresso and their delicious breakfast, but had never tried their dinner menu until last night. WOW! There were 4 of us and we were not sure what to order, so Jess (the owner) asked if we wanted her to send a good mix of their menu. Everything was so delicious! We had 2 vegetarians at the table, but we didn't miss out on anything. Everyone had a feast! The service was EXCELLENT, the music, the atmosphere, everything was perfect. 10 out of 10!

We loved our whole experience at Fuel by Night. The food was delicious and generous - the Sashimi Snapper and Bagel with Dips were favorites, but it was hard to choose. The Service was outstanding, fast, friendly and warm. We have been huge fans of Fuel for many years, and all the things we love about Fuel by day are carried into the evening. We will definitely be back for dinner.

Fuel by Night! So delicious so colorful. It's a unique interpretation to Meddeterian food , yet the atmosphere remains warm and welcoming. Don't miss the sashimi , bagel and dips, tabule and Kofte. Wonderful.

Loved this tiny place. We booked dinner on a whim at a place we hadn't heard much about and couldn't have chosen any better. The Chef's Tasting Plater was an awesome assortment of all their best dishes and left us full and satisfied with change to spare. I'm not sure I've had better and service was excellent. I'll be bringing others next time to show it off. A new local fave.

Usually, we go for breakfast and lunch. The owner Suggested trying dinner. We went for dinner on Sunday night and Jess was an amazing host, which made us feel comfortable. The dinner was an amazing experience, everything was made in the kitchen so fresh. The texture and the presentation I rate 10/10. I recommend visiting and experiencing this Hidden gem (Israelian modern cuisine).

Part of me doesn't want to tell anyone for fear it becoming so popular it will be hard to get a table, the other part of me wants to tell anyone I see. Fuel By Night - wow - what a great experience. The food is fresh, innovative and absolutely delicious and the hot bagels are so easily devoured, you are left asking for more. We sat outside, Israeli music pumping and we felt like we were in the middle of Jerusalem. The best part about this place is the staff - friendly, welcoming and clearly proud of their culture. We have been to Fuel By Night twice now and loved it on both occasions. The food is fabulous, featuring lots of fresh, tasty ingredients. The smallish venue is always bustling, testifying to its popularity. You must book, or rusk missing out. The team is hospitable, too, making it feel like you are entering their home for a meal! We’ll be back!

How wonderful to find an unpretentious cafe where the strong focus is on authentic and utterly delicious Israeli food. The waitress so very kindly repositioned us so that my elderly friend was a little warmer. It is these little touches coupled with her gentle guidance with the menu that was so very gratefully received. The food was utterly sublime and we will return asap!!

This place is special!! The menu is uncomplicated which we liked, however, the food is definitely not simple in flavour!! It was outstanding with beautiful layering of flavour and perfectly balanced. Every mouthful takes you on a journey. The service was great too, it's such a pleasure to meet restaurateurs who are so passionate about what they are serving. How lucky we are to have this on our doorstep.

Having travelled to Israel several years ago and experienced the culture and amazing food I was keen to test out a friends recommendations for Fuel by night. No disappointments, every dish was full of flavour and very authentic, I was even tempted by my Jewish friend to try the chopped liver with horseradish, what a combination. We loved the home made bagels, wine list was small but wine quality was fine. Will definitely be back

Fabulously tasty food combined with friendly and efficient service makes Fuel by Night our new favourite Northern Beaches restaurant. It’s small and intimate inside, but everything runs smoothly and the food is outstanding. Even the desserts are amazing, and the Cheescake is the best I’ve ever had.

This is a photo of the cold brew coffee I ordered. Only half full? Never been handed a half filled coffee before, unless specially requested. Flavour was fine but was taken aback at the serve size, $5.50 for 4 sips…. That’s about $1.40 per sip…
