    I highly recommend everyone visiting Ultimate Performance Personal Trainers Sydney, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a change. If you don't take steps to change, you won't know how amazing this place is. My professional trainer Dom, he spent countless hours explaining the whole process to me and was very patient in making me fully understand the whole process of change, and kept telling me never give up, I can do it, and also change my perception of food mentality and correcting all my wrong training and getting the right professional training. I use the UP app every morning, I log my weight, water intake, meals, sleep time every day, the up app will show my progress, which will motivate me even more to achieve my goals. You will totally see the amazing changes taking place in your body. Dominic is a very professional coach and has been very supportive of me throughout. With his help, my body has begun to transform a lot. Dominic is a very kind, caring and professional person, he always gave me a lot of confidence in every training session and always told me not to give up, you can do it. Every training session always presents me with a new challenge, and I never knew I could do it too. Finally all the staff at UP are equally friendly and supportive and you are definitely worth every penny and commitment in the end.

    The best choice I've ever made in 2022! I have struggled to lose weight and achieve my body goal throughout my whole life. Long story short, I have achieved the goal that I wanted. There has been no day that passes without a comment from my friends and colleagues that I have lost a lot of weight not to mention I look much more fit and healthier. My clothes size have gone down from 12 to 8 in just 11 weeks. It is the best feeling in the world. To achieve this, my personal trainer (Laura) has first done a thorough interview and body check and sent me the meal prep with detailed macro from day 1, encouraged me almost daily when I was going through moments of depression from sugar craving and losing motivation. She always kept a record and knew how much to push me during my lifting. Her weekly and fortnight (including measurement and photo) review were very thorough and full of great tips and advice. Last but not least, I really took advantage of UP app where you can record everything from weight, water consumption, meals, body measurement etc and the app shows your progress which motivates you even more. In conclusion, I would recommend UP to anyone who actually wants to see a change in their body - in an organic way as well, haha - and lifestyle. You won't be disappointed!!! :)

    UP sets itself apart on many levels - they want to get to the root of the “why” you want to achieve your goals; the format of their programs which are tailored to each individual, based around the “why”; and the education they provide you along the way to make long lasting, sustainable changes. This is the reason UP (and my tireless trainer Oliver Walker, in particular) has been so effective for me. It’s not just a matter of showing up to a personal training session, the trainers here go above and beyond in their care of all aspects to get you to your results. It’s hard work but my trainer Olli has partnered with me every step of the way (through both good and bad) and I feel UP is a great investment in health and well-being.

    I highly, highly, recommend UP. Coming from NYC, I've done it all. You name it, and I've done it. Yoga, Pilates, Tracey Anderson, Mile High Run Club, running, a million sit ups but I've never seen the the type of results that I have in the last six months with UP. My husband can't stop complimenting me and telling me how good I look. He even looked back on pictures and said, "wow babe, you really look so different". For the first time, I'm really understanding what fitness, nutrition, and exercise is and how the RIGHT combination of the 3 can help you achieve the results you are looking for. My fitness journey wasn't straight forward and my coach, Liz, was so wonderful and patient to work with me. We had to work around my IVF treatments, getting pregnant, and getting back into shape. Liz was so motivational, positive and knowledgeable. Each week I got stronger and leaner. If you are looking for a transformation and you've tried everything else but have failed, UP will keep you accountable. It is an absolute investment in yourself and your health. Don't be intimidated, this isn't your regular gym. Everyone is so friendly and rooting for you to succeed.

    Such a wonderful experience training at U.P. The difference are the trainers being there around the clock to support you. Ensuring you’re accountable tracking your progress analysis to understand what needs to be done to achieve your goal. My strength is better than ever and my weight loss quicker than expected. Highly recommend Maria if you want to get real results and your health back on track. A real game changer!

    I have had great personal trainers previously. The difference with Ultimate Performance is the comprehensive approach they take. My trainer is 100% committed to ensuring that my food, my water, my sleep, my weight, my wellness and my exercises are not only tracked but improving and maintained consistently each week – it is just on another level and one that I appreciate. I am just past my half-way point in terms of weight loss but so far ahead in terms of my overall exercise and diet knowledge (yes, carbs are not evil 😊). I can understand why there is a waiting list to join – its not just a gym, rather it is a place you get results. It really is Ultimate Performance.

    Honestly such a life changing experience! If you struggle with motivation or just don't know where to even start on your health journey, these guys will have you covered. The support my trainer Dom provided around training, food, preparing for social events or even just checking in to see how my week was going was world class! The trainers are professional, friendly and honestly are top tier in their craft of helping people build a healthy lifestyle. Their help is provided on all fronts (food, fitness and life) which has overall changed my life in ways I could have never thought possible before I started.

    I have been working with Jack Cameron and the Team at UP for the past 15 months and can personally validate that they are the most professional, dedicated, hard working, ethical and accountable personal trainers I have ever encountered. If anyone has any questions or concerns, you can contact me personally to provide accurate feedback on my personal experiences to date. They truly are the "Rolls Royce" of personal training.     Ultimate Performance Sydney is one of the best gyms in town that I have been too, and my PT Oliver is very knowledgeable, supportive, truly cares, motivates you and keeps you accountable. When I first joined UP, within the first month, I started seeing results which motivated me to stick out for longer term results. I have had really bad experiences with PT in the past, and Olli totally changed my perception of PTs. If you have the right one who listens to your goals and needs, and want to see you succeed, the investment is definitely worth it. I would highly recommend UP and Oliver as a trainer!

    My experience with Kristel at Ultimate Performance has been fantastic. I had never set foot inside a gym before and really didn't know if I would enjoy it. I signed up for just 8 weeks initially but have now been training with Kristel for 6 months. I saw results straight away and I enjoy the gym sessions. Kristel has been patient, encouraging and extremely effective. Even during the lockdowns Kristel came up with ways to keep training and stay on track. Kristel is always available to answer my questions and checks in with me daily. The gym faculties are great, the atmosphere is friendly and the U.P. app is easy to use. I highly recommend the whole U.P. experience!

    I have been at UP for 6 months now and Liz (my trainor) is fantastic! It’s not just a training session, but a holistic approach to getting the results you want. From setting and tracking macros, advice on sleep and stress and discarding old habits and creating new sustainable lifestyle choices. She holds me accountable so I remain on track in achieving my goals. Yes, you pay premium prices, but it’s worth it, because you get results. Highly recommended!

    Cannot fault these guys! They’re so good. Especially Maria my trainer - probably the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. She’s also a barrel of laughs & energy! Have only been there a few months and already seeing more results than I did for years with other trainers. The whole setup is slick - from the programming, to the space, to the fact that when I travelled Maria checked the menus of the restaurants near where I was staying and told me what I could/couldn’t eat so that I didn’t blow my macros while I was on the road. The gym manager Alex helped set me up with sessions at other UP locations while I was travelling and I had an equally incredible experience with the team in DC. I’ve also really appreciated the quality of the machines. It’s not just stock standard Life Fitness stuff like at most other gyms. The Atlantis and Prime equipment is the best in the world and allows for so much more customisation and targeting of the right muscle groups. The UP app is great for tracking everything as well - it’s good to know absolutely everything is measured, right down to every gram, millimetre and minute of sleep. Sure, these guys are at the premium end of the market but you absolutely get what you pay for. Cannot recommend more highly enough!

    I Went to UP to generally get back in shape, improve habits and learn about being healthier overall. My trainer Heath has done an amazing job in all categories. I’ve seen huge results, and have really come to enjoy training and the lifestyle change it has brought on. Heath has been with me every step of the way motivating, teaching and supporting me throughout the whole process, who clearly knows his craft at the highest level. I would highly recommend him and UP to anyone who needs guidance in fitness, nutrition and training and wants to improve their lifestyle.

    I would like to thank Maria who is currently my personal trainer! She is extremely supportive and always makes sure that I’m on track with my daily progress. Maria is dedicated and goes out of her way to push me to do my best, as well as supporting me with my meal preps and daily exercises. After going to UP performance, I have achieved both my fitness goals, as well as building strength. The team has helped me learn about nutrition and what I should be eating every day - which plays a massive part in weight loss. In just 12 weeks of my 16-week program, I've lost an impressive 12 kg and my body fat percentage has halved from 29% to 14%.     I have so far completed 8 of my 12 week program at UP Sydney and feel with the help of my trainer Maria, I am achieving all my goals that I wanted with UP.     Cannot speak highly enough of UP, it’s process & the team. I’m so grateful for my trainer Heath, he works so hard to ensure I get results that I’m aiming for. It’s certainly not easy and requires lots of planning & a strong mindset! However if you stick to the plan, the plan works! Heath is always available if I ever have any questions & always gets the most out of my sessions - both in helping me understand WHY we approach things the way we do & the physical BURN during the workouts! He has helped tailor the plan to fit it around my other fitness goals and also around my social calendar which makes this actually sustainable (something I haven’t found in any of other many plans I’ve tried previous!) they really understand your values here, producing results! So excited to see what continued training here can produce! Signing up & working with Heath was the best thing I’ve done for my health!

    Needing to take control of my life, as I had hit the lowest point - my eating was out of routine, I was drinking more than one should, and I had lost the ability to freely move my body. I stumbled across Ultimate Performance when looking for a Personal Trainer. After my initial meeting I knew that it was the Gym for me. I was paired with the amazing Kristal Jansen, who immediately took the control I needed to hand over to someone. Not only was I guided on my food choices (I struggled to eat more than once a day), I was guided on how to use my body, how to push my boundaries, and to enjoy it. I have been at Ultimate Performance for the past 13 weeks, and have lost 18kg. Each Kilo lost being a celebration, a milestone achieved. I also stopped drinking for the initial six weeks, and found myself forming new life habits that were also celebrated by Kristal. I could move freely again, I enjoyed being out, I didn’t want to hide at home. With each milestone achieved, Kristal has supported, rejoiced and made me feel that I can accomplish anything. When starting a program like this, there will always be little bumps along the way. Your weight goes down, it also can go back up again. However with the right Trainer, which is what Ultimate Performance supplies you with, you will learn to understand your body, not fret the changes, and feel supported for the entire journey. The objective at Ultimate Performance is long term consistency, and with their program this is easily achieved. Anyone needing to make a change, feel supported whilst doing it, I can’t recommend Ultimate Performance enough, especially if you’re lucky enough to be paired with Kristal Jansen.

    UP is not only about training its life changing. Not only do you actually see the weight loss/toning results but you will achieve an increase in energy, endurance and overall strength.     Cannot recommend U.P. enough! My partner went on this journey before me and seeing his exceptional results, I decided to join and follow suit. Having lost 12 kgs+ and regained my strength (and muscle definition including abs), I am the happiest I have ever been. I also regained my confidence and kicked some bad habits along the way thanks to my trainers support. My partner and I are lucky enough to train with John Flowers who is unbelievably dedicated to client success, and yet he balances that perfectly with adaptability and understanding to each of his clients needs. He bases his nutritional advice on science, is generous in teaching you about nutrition, creating individualised meal plans that work for you and your lifestyle, and is genuinely dedicated to seeing you succeed. Daniel helps me to achieve massive changes in physique through his solid training, dietary and recovery plan.     Where have you been all my life? I've hated the gym for my whole life - but I have tried. I love cardio - running, cycling and swimming. But as I've got older, I have spent more time injured than enjoying my sport My wife found Ultimate Performance and immediately I know this was no ordinary gym. For the first time I am loving gym. The ultimate program is an integrated nutrition, weight and lifestyle programme - that really works. After only 6 weeks I can see an incredible difference in how I feel, look and live. I am actually finding myself looking forward to workouts. My strength has improved and I can run and cycle injury free - after such a short time. How fantastic. Highly recommended.

    I signed up to UP with Jack Cameron. He really listens, and understood what I was looking for out of a program. I struggled with accountability and specific direction around diets (without starving or extreme limitations). Jack has been a walking encyclopedia on health and fitness, no question is silly, and the support he gives is next level, is in contact 7 days a week and early hours to make sure I know where I’m at. I’ve lost 6.8kg in less than 5 weeks, the most incredible results I’ve ever seen. All the staff at UP are just as friendly and supportive, worth every cent and the commitment. Thank you Jack!

    Best thing I have ever done for my fitness and health. My trainer Saskia is so brilliant, motivating and makes working out enjoyable, but also pushes me to do things I never thought I would. I am in the middle of a 12 week transformation program and already lost 10kg in the first 5-6 weeks. I love turning up to training, when I haven't in the past. Highly recommend UP for those looking to make a life change

    Looking for effectively transforming your body, U.P. is the right place. It might sound expensive when you hear about the packages etc, but I could guarantee what you get is way more than what you’d expect / pay for. From a scientific system, to nutrition supervision, activity management to resistance training; there is no way to fail. I’m really glad that I joined UP and regretting I’ve known them too late. While I’m still on the journey of my transformation, yet I’m sure will hit my target with UP!

    Where do I start! UP has most definitely without a doubt been the best decision I’ve made regarding my fitness journey to date! My coach Laura has gone above and beyond in every way possible, she has spent endless amounts of time explaining the process to me so i fully understand, educating me every day on how to eat better and change my relationship with food and mindset when it comes to training, not only for the duration of my time at UP but forever. Laura has been there every step of the way, from keeping me accountable, being incredibly supportive and reassuring, helping me choose healthier options when eating out at a restaurant for social events and creating on the go meal plans for when I’ve gone away camping. This gym is in a league of its own and really does go above and beyond for their clients and I couldn’t recommend it enough for anyone who’s looking to embark on their own fitness journey. You WILL see results and it has been and will continue to be the best investment I make.

My trainer Elisabet was constantly checking up on me and motivating me to not just exercise smarter but eat and sleep better too. They also provide heaps of information, so that it's not just a fitness journey but an educated lifestyle shift, which makes it so much easier to manage outside of the gym too. 10/10 recommend, you will definitely hit your goals and grow so much outside of that too.

    Oliver Watson (Ollie) is the man you can blindly rely on... I started my journey at Ultimate Performance a couple of months back. I had a fantastic start with Oliver & having tremendous progress so far. He has been brilliant in working with my specific needs and truly understands what is necessary to help me meet my goals. His detailed approach to nutrition and fitness plans has exceeded my expectations. He is always at hand when needed, responds to messages quickly, and is really good at making you feel motivated. He is also extremely good at incorporating feedback and your overall goals into your plan. Highly recommended - a tremendous amount of value for the service & guidance he provides. All I can say is that Ultimate Performance is the best fitness club in the town with the best-qualified trainers. If you have a goal, they would help you achieve that for sure!!     When I felt it was long overdue to invest in myself and get in the shape of my life I wanted to make sure I gave myself the best opportunity to achieve my goal. The global reputation of U.P. due to their professionalism and results made my decision easy as to who I should train with. U.P. are by far and wide the best at what they do and thousands of results they have achieved speak for themselves. My trainer Zach Salinas ensured that my targets were met and that my motivation and drive stayed high throughout my transformation. I can safely say it has been a life changer for me and the positive comments I continue to receive from family and friends reminds me of how far I have come since I started training with U.P. If like me you’re looking to invest in yourself, change your lifestyle and get into the best shape possible then I cannot recommend Zach and the team at U.P. Sydney enough. I guarantee your life will be changed for the better.

    If you're looking for an amazing trainer who motivates you, keeps you accountable and truly cares for you, then look no further! I've trained with Meg for 1.5 months now and have started losing the weight that I've struggled to lose over the past 2 years - and not only that I'm much stronger, fitter, and happier. The main thing that exceeded expectations is the knowledge acquired on how to live a healthier life outside of the gym. It's safe to say I'm going to use this info & outlook for the rest of my life. P.S. I've also joined two other PT gyms in the past and they really don't hold a candle to UP. Invest in yourself through UP! - Nicole M

    I’ve been training with UP for about 2 months now and lost close to 10kg. My PT John is professional, knowledgeable and takes his job very seriously. Excellent support and constantly in contact to help me achieve my goals. The complete package including the UP app, food tracking and training I can’t give any less than 5 stars. The training environment is also excellent. All shapes and sizes and feels comfortable with no judging.

    Saskia is an AMAZING trainer who knows her stuff and pushes me to go a little further each time. She designed my training program to specifically help achieve my goals and also makes an effort to explain every exercise to me and what each does to the muscles group, rather than just asking me to perform the exercise. The value and knowledge gained from the 12 weeks program definitely worth every penny and exceeds every aspect of my expectations. I would never have thought I can do leg press 2x my weight!!

    Nothing short of an amazing experience. When my friends recommended me to join Ultimate Performance, having been a client with UP Singapore themselves, I was intrigued by his constant excitement and enthusiasm as they spoke about their sessions. I wanted to see what UP has to offer myself and decided to book in a session in early 2022 and lo and behold, everything exceeded my initial expectations. I observed immediate results just in the first week of session with UP and all throughtout each session, I was guided with the utmost dedication and professionalism that I have not seen or experienced anywhere else. Elisabet has been working with me through good and bad throughout my time here and we would continue to do so until I reach my intended long-term goal. After only four weeks of training, I lost around 5 kg and cut 11cm off my waistline, feats which are unheard of before I came to UP. All in all, I have extended my initial 6-week sessions until I can reach my end goal of meeting my target by end of 2022. Much love and respect to the team at UP!

    I’ve had heaps of trainers before and always thought “if only I had someone by my side smacking that food or drink out of my hand - I can’t see physical changes because food is my biggest issue”. After this last lock down in Sydney I was sick of wasting my time sitting on the couch eating and drinking. I decided I wanted to come out of this lockdown transformed. Reading the reviews for U.P. I had a feeling that if I could get any results it was going to be with this company. Now 4 months later, 10 kilos down and my body massively transformed - I’m at a weight I never thought I’d ever obtain and my fitness is better than when I was in my teens - and this is only phase 1! Jack Cameron has been an exceptional trainer, coach and guide. Everyone asks me what I did, I always share that I came to U.P. If you’re reading this post and wondering where to go for training - take the chance, you won’t ever regret it.

    UP was a big commitment and a relatively big spend, but it was worthwhile. John F is a great trainer - very knowledgeable, genuinely invested in my progress, able to communicate and explain the technical concepts with simplicity, ready to push me when I needed it and happy to guide and answer questions any time of day. The sessions were structured and thoughtful, meaning I just had to turn up and train. I'm looking forward to continuing my UP journey as I look to maintain and sustain my gains - equipped with a refreshed approach to training, eating and general fitness.

    A place to not only get results but a great education on all things health. Oliver has been a very supportive and informative PT who obviously cares a lot about his work and helping others. The program takes the stress out of worrying if you are doing the right thing with regular reviews and encouragement. Everything was personalised to my preferences making it feel like a collaborative and sustainable change to my life. I definitely thought twice about the expense but happy to see it as being a great investment now.

    This is best decision I have ever made this year to join U.P., I haven't been in gym before, and wasn't sure how to lose weight and do workout, but since joining from day 1 my trainer Liz, has been the best with helping, encouraging, teaching and get out of my comfort zone to move forward for better choices and healthy habits to lose weight, and get stronger. It is a holistic programs, not just attending gym, but also trainers are happy to help to guide you through nutrition,sleep and of course training hard and drink lots of water managing stress level, everything. if you want to attend gym and transform your health and wellbeing for good, I recommend you U.P. and trust that you will have fun, challenge, dedicated hard work to your wish goal.     HIGHLY RECOMMEND: I have just finished a 12 week block of training at UP, and have had the most amazing experience. My trainer John was super supportive, engaged in my progress and willing to help me at every turn. The training was hard but extremely rewarding, and I learnt so much about nutrition and how I can eat better to help achieve my goals. In 12 weeks, I exceeded my own expectations to lose 10.3kg and 17.5cm off my waist. I could not be happier or recommend this gym highly enough.

    This is a private personal training gym so only clients have access. All the equipment is in very good working condition. There is an app that you use to track your food, macros, steps, weight etc which makes tracking your progress easy. Maria T is my trainer and she's been a pleasure to train with. She is easy going, lovely to deal with and knows how to push you to train hard. She is attentive and checks in on me every day through the app. She answers my questions and is very knowledgeable. We've made good progress on my goals so far and hope to continue to do so.
