They also offer amazing post-purchase service - whenever I’m in the city I pop in to get my rings cleaned for free, and they are genuinely interested in how our life is going 😊 we recommended these guys to our friends who also got their rings from them - and they are super happy too. 10 years ago we purchased our engagement and wedding rings from Danielle and Bobby. They were and still are amazing. Fast forward 10 years and I had damaged my wedding ring by putting it through the washing machine. It was quite scratched and stained after going through the wash. Even 10 years after purchasing, I took it back to Daniella and Bobby cleaned it for me on the spot. After a short wait, Bobby return it back to me like new again. Before and after photos below. Daniella Jewellers has the best customer service of any jeweller I have been too! After being proposed to with my Mother-in-law's ring but having full permission to redesign it as my own, I went to numerous jewellers in Newcastle, Maitland, and Sydney to obtain quotes for my dream ring. The original ring was yellow gold with a diamond and small rubies, but I wanted the same design in platinum with purple sapphires . Many other jewellers said it could not be done which was very disheartening... But not Danielle and Bobby - they went above and beyond! They did all they could to ensure I had the ring that I wanted. Their communication was great and they were very accommodating of fitting me in at different times as I have to travel from Maitland. The price was also very reasonable and lower than a number of other quotes I had received. The ongoing care is also second to none. Thank you so much Danielle and Bobby for everything! Bobby and Daniella are hands down the most amazing people we have had the pleasure of doing business with. 14 years ago, we approached them to help with our wedding bands. But they were able to help with the engagement ring too, remodelling it to match the wedding band my wife had envisaged. I visited about 6 or 7 different jewelers to find a diamond and have a customer ring made. Daniella Jewellers were able to provide me with the most info about diamonds. They did not just explain the standard 4 C's to me, but went beyond this and explained all the other important things to look for which I had no idea about (no other jeweller provided this info!). Had a lovely experience here. I dropped my wedding ring and my diamond fell out. Came here and the lovely gentleman fixed it while I waited. The part that made the experience really good was he showed me unique identifiers on my diamond through a microscope before and after he fixed my ring to assure me I was definitely getting the same diamond back.
