Buyers beware~ always hang onto your receipt when you buy from SWAROVSKI because without it they will not negotiate. Was told by their HO that they sell fine jewellery and with rings you have to take them off every time you wash your hands!!!!!!! otherwise the stones get loose and fall off. So, unless you do not wash your hands regularly, stay away from their stoned rings!!!!

My daughter bought 2 rings online but unfortunately the rings are not in line with the chart size they published. She went to the Chatswood store with her friend to ask if these can be swapped, and it is very disappointed they got neglected just because they are young. When they found there are the sizes of the rings the girls want in the other different stores, it is so surprised that Swarovski store does not provide transfer product service! As a brand hold such a high equity in the market, the services and process are not matching the brand image, which is very disappointed. She was then told to go and make a phone order from the only store who had it, castle towers had very rude sales associates.

A Chinese worker called Bel (short hair and tattoos) Gave such rude customer service. I am so appalled by her customer treatment as she looked down on me. I did not ask for any of her commentary but she said that the necklace I was gonna look at and buy “was not in my budget and it was not on sale” when I had $500 cash in my wallet. who does she think she is I reckon she’s to get fired

Came to make a return today because I bought a gift for a friend that her partner ended up buying for her but was extremely disappointed in the service I received. It was snarky mean girl energy as if the brand was some high end retailer, they kept exchanging glances to each other and made the entire process quite awful. I easily could have been convinced to get an exchange but their attitude as soon as I walked in was disgusting. Will not be purchasing from Swarovski again.

All I wanted to do was exchange the size of a brand new ring I received as a gift a few days ago and they refused to do it for as there was no "Proof of purchase". I offered to show and prove to them it was a brand new ring and that I had never worn it but they refused to look at it and asked me to show them a bank statement of the person who bought it (because thats totally something I would have on me). Horrible service and understanding from this team.

Didn’t have in stock what I was looking for, asked if the person assisting me could see if there was any available at another store, they reluctantly looked and advised there may be some at one store in particular. Asked if they could call to confirm, was told they didn’t have their number and to do it myself. Went to another store and they were all friendly and very helpful.

Was happy to buy hundreds of dollars of their new range but no one approached me in store. Obviously thought I couldn't afford. Similar products elsewhere.

Incompetent and rude staff. Mu husband visited the store this morning just to get the smaller size of crystal dust bracelet which was available in only bigger size in Macquarie shopping center store. My husband clearly said we want 4.9 size but still staff sold him bigger size 5.5 and now making us visit the store again to exchange. Such a waste of time..need to visit the store all the way again because of staff mistake

Dropped by yesterday with my mother while shopping and was pleasantly surprised at the experience. The attendant Sylvia was very friendly and informative. Usually at jewellery stores it is a bit daunting but she made the experience really enjoyable and showed me some really nice pieces. She also helped with putting pieces together in a set to suit certain outfits. Will definitely come back!!

We were helped by Jessica in Chatswood on 21/11/2023. I am a retail store manager myself and I can assure swaroski is very very very lucky to have her. My mum had a complicated issue purchasing her ring from Singapore but she had the most seamless experience (service with a big smile ). She can’t stop complementing the way this was handled. A very very well done and I hope she keeps climbing up the ladder.
