πŸ‘πŸ‘ I went to the cafe for lunch, after placing order when I tried to pay, my Apple Pay showed error. The owner noticed that and asked me to take the lunch and pay later when ever I could. I went to the cafe for lunch, after placing order when I tried to pay, my Apple Pay showed error. The owner noticed that and asked me to take the lunch and pay later when ever I could. He insisted me to take the lunch and pay whenever possible. Luckily, my Apple Pay worked and could make the payment after sometime. However, what was so touching was his kindness. Pastas were delicious. Good vegetarian/vegan options. Great cafe!

Excellent hideaway in the rocks. Wonderful coffee, best in Sydney. Big breakfast specials, salmon eggs Benedict, salad and pasta bars, lunch specials, tons of healthy options. Hours 7am-3pm. I had a latte with hazelnut syrup and salmon eggs Benedict. Incredible.

Great coffee & classic Italian snacks and meals. Very friendly, personable & helpful - the owner is up for a chat & definitely knows coffee - & I agree coffee tastes better in the glass than the paper cup. Would like to say this is a hidden gem but it seems like everyone especially the locals appreciate the beauty in its simplicity. I will be back again when I'm back in town.

Absolutely wonderful coffee and breakfast at Danieli Cafe. We visited because of the high Google rating and we were certainly not disappointed. A very high quality breakfast at reasonable price. The cafe is in a quiet location, but the quietness meant that it was not overcrowded or noisy. We will be back!

Wanted to have a decent breakfast before doing the Bridge Climb and the Poached eggs with smoked salmon and avo salsa filled me up till late in the afternoon. The owner appeared to be on his own, so did an excellent job as waiter, barista and chef as well as having time to treat my family as one of his own. Our meals came out staggered but we didn't mind as we knew he was doing a wonderful job and with his personality, was very suited to this industry. It was a chilly morning, so going to Cafe that was located inside a centre was great to get out of the cold. In the afternoon, we saw the owner working on a food stand at the Rocks markets and he called out to us, so a lovely gesture to show that he remembered us.

Really nice for a simple and delectable meal. Delicious toasted banana bread with a light buttery spread to finish. Berry smoothie had perfect texture. Scrumptious avocado and salmon toast. The prices were very reasonable and great location in the rocks.

A little hidden gem! We stumbled across this place and gave it a go and we're so glad we did. The owner was so welcoming and provided great service. Managed to grab a seat at one of the outdoor tables to enjoy the sun whilst eating such a delicious breakfast. Portions were massive and priced so reasonably! Can't recommend this place enough, definitely stop by if you're in the area.

The best coffee and breakfast in the Rocks area. The owner is a great character and delivers amazing service. The poached eggs with avocado salsa is fabulous. Plenty of seating however there are always the takeaway options such as toasties and croissants. Enter the building on the corner of Harrington and Argyle. Free iced tea and water while you wait. A must to fill up before exploring or work.

Authentic down to earth cafe. The owner Ron is an absolute legend. Food and coffee is always brilliant. Could be the best cafe in Sydney if I am being honest. Nick

In the Clock Tower centre, the Rocks, Daniel Cafe serves the best coffee I have enjoyed in a very long time. The breakfast is a big serving at a reasonable price. I had two eggs scrambled on toasted turkish bread, bacon and mushrooms. Thoroughly delicious and I did not need lunch. Great service, friendly atmosphere. Find this cafe if you are in the Rocks area.

Came here for a hot chocolate before my cruise. Hot chocolate was Gluten-free (Cadbury) and it was delicious! The guy who served us was very friendly and approachable. My Dad had a long black, which he loved. It was "the best coffee he's had in Sydney, smooth and not at all bitter". My other family members had an ice latte, a banana milk shake and a caramel milkshake, all of which were delicious.

Delicious breakfast spot! The owner is clearly loved as it was apparent by everyone who greeted him and how he greeted them. Those he didn't know, he quickly got to know. I tried to order a lighter meal, and he told me I would be hungry in an hour, so I ordered the big breaky. If I was staying longer, I'd go back!

Really good coffee and warm customer service from the owner. I had the ice long black but with a twist as recommended by the owner and shown on the picture. So glad i did as it was the best long black i’ve had. The big breakfast was such good value too. beautifully cooked eggs!!!! great coffee and value for money!

I had salmon eggs benedict and a latte. It was super good! Also, I got some really nice suggestions from the owner/manager/barrista to visit nearby places, as this was my first time visiting Australia from the US. Will be back!

Always good. Danieli CafΓ© is buried in the clock tower on the corner of Harrington and Argyle on The Rocks. This is where the locals go. Free banter included. Now that the markets have re-opened, there is no excuse. Get in there.

Best Falafel sandwich in Sydney! Ron is a ball of happiness during this crazy lockdown. Just seeing him will make you feel better.

Tucked away inside the clocktower building is a hidden gem of a cafe. The owner is wonderfully friendly and happy to accommodate our sometimes painful requests for changes due to Diet from Hell, where most Australian staff would shake their head and roll their eyes. Coffee was excellent and highly recommended after a trip to the markets where coffee from a mobile cart just doesn't quite do. Didn't have the pastries but they looked excellent. Poached eggs were soft and cooked exactly how they should be. No pretense, just excellent quality food/coffee and hospitality. I will be back.

Had the most delicious vegetable stack here! It’s inside the clock tower building so was quiet and tucked away - very friendly owner too. Would go back!
