Best place for coffee and they have amazing energy and hard worker. I can see their passion about coffee. But seems like they could be top level without using campos bean. I like campos but their level seems higher than campos. They could go with their signature bean. Anyway I love this place so much. Amazing coffee perfect customer service !

The team at Knight's have been pulling some of the best espressos and ristrettos from their stockpile of Campos coffee for years, with smiling and friendly service. Their main weak point are the pastries from Lux bakery, which were a good choice years ago but in recent years I've had here and elsewhere soft lacklustre almond croissants from Lux that I've thrown out halfway - they just aren't of the standard that they used to be. While they are a coffee place first and foremost and don't want to be judged on pastries, it doesn't change the fact they do sell items that don't match the calibre of their coffee and it can be improved on.

Love the coffee here. Very professional and high delicacy in making coffee. Also good to grab one after existing Central Stn from the tunnel. Don’t forget to collect stamps from a point card. Edit: I kee coming back. Great coffee and efficient service as always

i do not appreciate the barista cleaned the trash bin and used the same hand operating my coffee, the price is good and the hospitality is good, but I’m concerned about the hygiene issue. I’m not coming back for a while now, until you train your staffs properly. I was waiting for the coffee and literally watching the barista bare hands cleaning the bin and not washed hands afterwards and touched my coffee. Sorry, cannot deal with it. 🙂

Coffee is good, one of the best in town IMO, on par with those big boys in Surry Hills and Marrickville. Kept coming back here for few days now, and just bought their own roasted beans, can't wait to try at home. Thank you for your wonderful service and high quality coffee flavour!

Love this place. Friendly and hard-working staff that always manage to keep up with their high demand. Fantastic coffee - makes early mornings a lot more pleasant. Love the healthy protein ball treats also, they go perfectly with the coffee for an easy AM snack. Thanks guys :)

Coffee has always been great and consistent. The guys here are super friendly and it's always a nice time to pickup a coffee and have a chat. Their house blend of beans is also top tier. I try to have a bag at home most of the time - just solid coffee all around.

Large soy latte is $5.30 which is a little on the expensive side, but the coffee really is great - definitely one of the best in terms of taste. The staff are very friendly too. I’d recommend this place.

Good coffee, hide away in the UTS building. You do need to come down stairs from street level to find them. As soon as you walk down the stairs, use your nose... And you will find them. Yes their coffee smell great... Just little hard to find.

Fantastic coffee and fun staff! They have a small bench to ‘dine in’ and they go out of their way to make it an experience.

Knight’s Coffee are wonderful. The staff are always exceptionally lovely and friendly, and always serve customers with a massive grin. It’s actually quite sweet to see them greet repeat customers who they know. The iced mocha here is the best iced mocha I’ve had in Sydney. Please check these guys out, if you find yourself in the area. They do Campos here!
