I’ve been eyeing a watch for years and enquired a few times prior at Wamada. Each time they were super welcoming and not pushy at all. It’s one of the few watch stores which make you feel very comfortable when making a considered purchase. The whole team both online and in person were amazingly friendly and gave me the best service. I am very happy to have purchased my new Grand Seiko watch from them and keen to buy more when the time is right! Highly recommended to anybody who wants both quality service and awesome watches!

I can vouch that this is absolutely one of the best sellers I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Had a pretty tall order for a limited edition watch (and very limited in number) on the Wednesday. It was ready for me to pick up by Saturday and was adjusted on the spot. There was no extra bells and whistles and the price was very fair. Vincent is just amazing!!! I have been looking for an Oris Aquis 41.5mm blue dial for a while. I contacted Wamada regarding the watch. Vincent gave a quick response, and not only did he let me stay within my budget by offering a great price on the watch, but he also shipped the watch the same day that I placed the order, and it reached me the very next day. I am blown away by the customer service provided by Vincent. It is second to none. I will definitely be buying another watch from him again.

I cannot fault the service at Wamada Jewellery, quick friendly responses to questions and fast delivery. Very happy. We are disappointed in Seiko though. Although the watch (SPB363J) we received is beautiful quality, the face colour is very different from that in the online picture. Even in different lighting, I would describe it as more of a mellow mauve than blue. Disappointing.
