Enjoyed three nights here in a superior king room. This is a great little hotel that made us feel very welcome and very well looked after. Gino, the owner, is a super guy always smiling and enthusiastic and making sure everything is perfect for his guests. The whole team are lovely, they really make the place special, nothing is too much trouble. The room is super clean, comfortable and has everything you need. The bed is big, the linens are luxurious, and you will get a great nights sleep. The location is perfect for accessing the center of town, but the hotel is an oasis of peace and quiet. The pool area is also very lovely - enjoy!

The hotel is new and clean with many convenient amenities. It’s an easy walk to any sites and restaurants (Merida has so many good restaurants!). My husband and I stayed in the junior suite for four nights. The bed was very comfortable. We even had a spacious patio area overlooking the garden. As a light sleeper, I didn’t hear any traffic noise or other guests. The walls were thick enough that we never heard a peep from the guests in the room next to us. The staff was very nice and helpful. Gino, the owner, always had a bright smile on his face and offered us tea/coffee.

Big rooms. Air conditioning worked perfect. Beds comfortable. Bottled water was clutch. Nice helpful staff. Location was great, short walk to city center and close to locations north of city center. No complaints.

The only reason that I gave them 5 stars is that is the most available. It is beyond that. The best hotel experience ever. Gino and his wife Daniella were awesome. They are on top of their beautiful hotel and do a fantastic job. They make you the best coffee in the city, bottled water available at all times and are truly engaging with their guests. We stayed four nights and can't wait to return. The hotel is beautiful and near all the activities in town yet when you step inside it becomes a quiet oasis. If you want the best in Mérida, Acqua in Bocca is the place to be.

Gino's hotel is perfect. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, you can have light show when taking a shower! The location is in dead centre. The pool is huge! But the best part is Gino himself, he will do everything to make you happy. Any detail is very thought through and he responds to any question or concern immediately. I got food poisoning in the nearby restaurant and the hotel staff took care of us, suggested we stay as long as we needed on our checkout day and made me tea. Seriously, stop looking, just book this place, you won't find a better one in Merida for any price.

We stayed for 4 nights, both my room and my friend's were excellent. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive! All of the hotel's facilities were perfect. The location is very central which makes it very convenient for reaching the best restaurants and landmarks around the city. Overall we had no complaints and would recommend anyone to stay.

A beautiful oasis in the middle of the city. The hotel is new, the rooms are beautifully designed and incredibly spacious. Our room even had a big patio overlooking the pool. Speaking of - the pool offered a great cool-off after a hot day of exploring Merida. The owner is incredibly gentle and friendly. One of my best hotel experiences ever!

Directly on 60, steps to restaurants and shopping and tourist attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Small hotel with large rooms and a beautiful plunge pool. One note: in room #1 there is a large window from the shower to the bedroom, so little privacy if you care. Nice large shower and separate toilet area. I would happily return.

Best hotel in the center of Mérida with the best price. Daniela and Gino are wonderful and the service they give you is worth a million dollars! Mile grazie Daniela e Gino! Hector de Canada! Volveremos!
