    I have been living at The Cielo Apartments for about a year. The location is great! It’s close to 694, gas stations, Target, banks and grocery stores as well as a hospital. The location is why my husband and I have stayed. The complex has a nice gym which has been great to use!! Management is good and gets things done right away for the most part. Maintenance has been quick as well — they usually respond to requests within 2 days depending on the urgency. During the winter months maintenance is pretty good about clearing off the sidewalks and salting. The reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because the residents here don’t care about the appearance of this place both inside and outside. The trash rooms have trash bags and trash laying over the floor at least 3/7 days a week. If the trash chute is clogged, residents won’t let management know and trash will pile up. The sidewalks are great for walking on but there is fecal matter in some areas which residents don’t pick up. Also, the buildings could use a paint touch up as there are chippings on the walls in the hallways. There are little kids always running in the hallway as well. I understand it’s a family apartment building but it seems like there’s little to no common decency.

    I lived here from 2020 to the end of 2021. I lived in the “phase 1” building and it is so loud. When I did the tour it didn’t seem loud but wow the traffic can be heard through the walls. The neighbor would play loud music where it would shake my wall until 3am and nothing was done. When it changed to peak living Is when issues really came. No trash cans would be in the parking lot so people just threw trash on the ground. The pool room was sad. Sticks were broken and worn really bad. Trash chute always clogged. I left cause of these reasons and the management was terrible. They would never reply to my calls, voicemails, or emails. I thought paying 1200 was annoying but seeing my same apartment go for 1600 now is just disrespectful. So over priced.

    Update: I know there's a risk of facing blackmail, and there has been a resident get blackmailed before for writing negative comment. However, I can't stay silent about my experiences any longer, and I believe it's crucial to share them for transparency. Krista, the property manager is unhelpful, and rude. She made my living experience here unpleasant. The property has filthy carpets, leaving me feeling disgusted, especially considering the overpriced rent I pay. During lease renewals, they tack on additional charges for no apparent reason. Now, they are forcing us to sign low-quality internet at a high cost. Peak living well done for hiring the absolute worst property manager this apartment has seen. I wish you never transferred Kristina, the previous Assistant property manager. ———————————————————————- Finally, we have someone in the office who does what they say they’ll do it without consistently remaining them. Well done Peak Living team for hiring such as an amazing Assistant community manager. Kristina goes above and beyond to assist us. She gets things done and she follows up. I’m not sure why she’s not the property Manager. I personally want Kristina to stay here, so we don’t have to deal with someone like most of our previous property managers. Kristina if you are reading this message, thank you so much for being very helpful.

    Living here for over a year now, the staff here have worked hard maintaining a safe, clean, and caring environment! Whenever we have had minor issues the maintenance have been quick to respond. Not leaving you waiting for a week to finally show up to our needs and they are kind! The staff continues to be approachable always willing to answer any questions that you may have. They have done a great job of keeping tenant's updated through emails. Keep up the good work!

    I've had a great first year so far, I already signed my second lease. Very clean, quiet and respectful neighbors. The maintenance crew does an fantastic job at keeping the Building and surrounding area clean and safe. I see them walking the grounds every morning and they always smile and wave. I had an incident with my glass patio door (through no fault of the building or myself) that required immediate cleanup, they were there first thing in the morning and made sure the area was clean and safe for myself, the other residents and their pets. Haven't had any issues in my unit so far and I am confident if anything happened it would get fixed promptly.

    I moved in on 8/24 and while doing so I experienced a couple of hiccups. Maria was accommodating, responsive, and friendly while assisting with getting the hiccups resolved. Thank you.
