Amazing place..We recently moved here. John and Alise simply great and helped us all way as we were moving from different state. On special note, If you are new to the winter and Minnesota then, I would say just go for it!

The staff at Loden SV are wonderful to work with! Sara is especially great. She does such an awesome job keeping our building clean and works so hard. She always has a smile on her face, and we love chatting with her, especially Arlo! :) Thank you Sara for all that you do!

The staff are very open and lovely to work with. I want to especially put out a word for Jon in the maintenance. When there is a problem he is right there to fix it. He was also a great help when it came to be able to have something we needed that we wouldn’t have gotten without him.

I have now been living here for about a month, and I have to say that the staff here are amazing! There were some hiccups throughout the move-in process, but all of the staff were very helpful and accommodating. I'm loving our time so far, and I'm so glad we picked the Loden!

Wonderful place to live! The staff and amenities are top notch! Huge shout out to Sara H. for keeping the entire building looking so beautiful on a daily basis and being so friendly to everyone. Lorna, for her wonderful smile and friendly and fun personality, always! Tom, for always being so nice and getting things fixed so quickly and keeping the place running smooth. Brooke, for being so positive and upbeat and keeping the energy and space safe and fun. John, for being friendly and always willing to answer all the leasing questions. I appreciate all of you so very much!

Positives and negatives to everything, Loden has more positives. One being Sara, she keeps the place spotless and always has a warm smile when greeting the residents. I thoroughly enjoy seeing her each day! I’ve voiced my “negatives” to management since last fall and have been reassured via email that they will be addressed. Hoping they will be. The building manager is super nice and really cares about the residents and their pets. She always has a friendly greeting and has made Loden feel like a home. Overall I would suggest living here!

What a great place to live! They really make you feel at home. Anna at the front desk always greets us with a smile and asks about our day. She is always happy to help with anything and truly cares. The building location is great - close to everything we need.

The staff is so helpful and Sara and Efrain keep the facility spotless. And they are so friendly and nice! Glad to call Loden SV home! Anna has been a great addition allowing Lorna to head up Guest Services at Emrick. Like Lorna, she is warm, friendly, and very helpful. Such a great team here!
