    So just read all other reviews and you'll know exactly what I'm about to say. 1. Lisa and the maintenance staff are awesome they help you out and are really there to make your duration of living there a great experience. 2. Maggie was absolutely terrible to deal with. Passive aggressive, a bunch of attitude when you work or try to work with her on something. She legitimately walked by me in the hallway, said nothing to me, and then proceeded to slide a paper under my door regarding a charge, that ended up being THEIR ERROR. 3. You have to pay a non refundable $500 just to have a dog there PLUS $40/month AND they charged me $200 to clean the apartment after because I had a dog. Mind you they already charge you $350 to clean your apartment no matter what. All in all it's a nice place to live but they are not luxury in the sense that you pay luxury prices for your apartment but they charge you luxury tax essentially on EVERYTHING on top of that. For the money you have to spend to have a garage, pet, no utilities included etc you could pay two mortgages and save money. Not worth the price at all. They charge move out fees for everything too like switching off your utilities. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR THIS PRICE.

    A great quiet place to live. It has beautiful apartments with great designs. clean environment . Superb buildings with super excellent periodic maintenance system. The complex is surrounded by many parking lots and also has a large number of underground environmentally controlled ones. There is also an outdoor pool with a nice sitting area which is used a lot in the summer. Allows dogs . The location is surrounded by some really nice walking trails that connect to the ground . Great location close to many groceries, malls and restaurants. The site is also surrounded by many nice public parks. Highly qualified professional management team led by Ms. Maggie who is a distinguished, friendly manager with high capabilities and ethics who manages the affairs of the complex with efficiency, professionalism and perseverance continuously around the clock. I highly recommend The Landings, it is amazing living here with my wife.

    My partner and I lived at the Landings for a year during the pandemic and we absolutely loved it. 10/10 would rent here again. We lived in the 1st floor with our dog and it was so convenient since we had a back door to take him out to potty. We loved the pool as well! It’s 5-10 mins to major highways 694 and 35W and close to some essential shops: Cubs, Starbucks, chipotle, Holiday. The staff were super nice and maintenance responded fast to requests. + the complex is generally quiet.

    I moved in recently and have found the maintenance and management teams to be top notch! All issues are addressed and fixed immediately. The apartments have high ceilings and are spacious. While I live in a studio, I have a full-size kitchen, bathroom with laundry included, and two walk-in closets. I would highly recommend. Becky S.

    Dealing with the manager Kaitlyn was hands down the best experience I have had. She is extremely professional and the support of the staff on site is great! What a wonderful community to be a part of!!

    I can't say enough about the local staff and facilities, they are fantastic. With that being said, their corporate affiliate, Dominium Apartments, is forcing renovations while we are still living in our apartment now - even though we are moving out in 2 months. These renovations include, but are not limited to, new flooring throughout the apartment, new counter tops, and a fresh coat of paint for select rooms. They also updated the appliances a few months ago, and they are no upgrade by any means, This has caused tremendous strain on myself as a tenant who works from home and has a pet. These renovations can best be described as "slapping lipstick on a pig". Renters beware, the price increase associated with the renovations is not worth what they will be up-charging you.

    Cannot recommend Cary enough!!! We needed help installing a water filter in our kitchen and Cary went above and beyond to make sure to get the job done both quickly and skillfully. Installing the water filter was no small feat, but yet he managed to complete it without complaint, despite having to run out multiple times to pickup parts we needed to complete the job. 10/10 would recommend Cary for any job!

    Full disclosure: I haven't lived here, I just want to share my experience with management while touring. When scheduling a tour, my room mate received an email confirming that we will be able to tour a 2 bedroom/2 bath floor plan. When we show up to tour, we were informed that we couldn't see any model apartments because they're under construction. We did receive a short tour of the amenities, but we were frustrated that we weren't able to tour what we were promised. While the property looked beautiful, my experience showed a lack of communication with management.

    I have lived in 3 different units here over 6+ years and valued the design elements, location and convenience to public transport as well as services, walkability, responsive maintenance, and the diverse group of residents as well as friendly pets I meet. The office staff and maintenance made my recent move a success (give Anthony a raise!).While I recognize/appreciate staff efforts to schedule some of the social events we were used to, the necessary Covid19 restrictions followed by a massive renovation of the whole property have made it hard for all concerned to entertain or gather.

    The front desk receptionist is always the most compassionate employee at the Landings. Laura is humble and kind and listens to my concerns. The management has always brought wonderful front desk receptionists into our building and they mean so much to our residents. Thank you 😊💕. The new manager Josue has unbelievable customer service skills and professional. He answers every email and phone call and always there to help. He loves people! Since he has begun, our renovation has moved forward and looks beautiful. We are more than fortunate to have a manager like this. Thank you for all you do Josue! Thank you to Lisa Senden for excellent customer service and care for her residents.

    Ravinia was soo great with helping us! Really made us feel comfortable and welcomed at the landings! She answered all our questions and gave us a wonderful tour of our new apartment. Sealed the deal for us.

    Best place I have ever lived!! I would recommend this apartment to my friends and family. Very family friendly, pet friendly, and I always feel safe! Ive been here for almost a year and extended my lease for another few months, the only reason im leaving is because of school and who knows maybe ill come back! 10/10 love this place!!

    I moved to The Landings in May of this year and my experience living year has been nothing but positive. I appreciate the attention to detail and commitment to keep the apartment complex clean and having valet trash has been my favorite add on. Living here has made moving to Minnesota has certainly made it an even better experience. I look forward to living here for as long as I am in MN. And also John and Laura who work here are amazing and my experiences with them is always positive.

    My wife Janessa and I have called the Landings our home since February 2020. There have been several factors that are important to us which are exemplified in this property. First, it’s nestled in the middle of a bedroom community that is free of noise. And it is safe and clean and well appointed. A few weeks ago my darling wife had a mishap that resulted in damage to our ceiling and required repairs. Our Community Manager Maggie was sympathetic and sensitive to my wife. Without judgment, she marshaled the necessary repairs, and followed up personally to make sure that the contractor completed the repairs on time and to our satisfaction. Maggie kept us appraised on the time, and duration of the repairs which enabled my wife and l to coordinate our work schedules so that our dog could be taken care of while the repairs were being effected. We are grateful to Maggie for her understanding and professionalism. Her expertise and sensitivity were appreciated. Thank you Maggie!

    Not worth it at all. 3 mth after I moved in I wos told there was a like from floor ubove and needed to do whole construction while I was living there with my 3 kids. They had stripped the walls, damaged my furnit ures and exposed electricity. Used my own electricity, bill was 3 x more that month. Maintenance workers are rude and disrespectful. Rent went up to $4000+ unless you sign a year contract. If 1 year. .... Bad place. Management don't care it's all about money

    I have been a resident at the Landings at Silver Lake for about a year. It is a very nice building that is well-maintained. Shopping is nearby and both Minneapolis and St. Paul are not far away if you need to go there. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Kaitlyn, Lisa, and Emily keep the front office going on a daily basis. There are many nice amenities such as exercise room, outdoor pool, and a large community room for gatherings or parties. This is a very nice building to call home.

    I have lived at the Landings at Silver lake for a number of years and I love it. Great Location - a pool that is filled each summer with fun people, events for the holidays, espresso at the front desk - but most of all, I appreciate property manager/leasing agent - Lisa Senden! She is the best property manager in Minneapolis! She truly cares about her residents and the quality of the property she maintains. I love living here and I truly see Lisa Senden as a friend AND my property manager!

    It's an easy life here. Lisa is always friendly and willing to help when needed. And I especially appreciate the way she organizes the package room for us- way above and beyond! The location is perfect- great schools and many shops and restaurants within a short walk. Thanks to all the team at the Landings who make it a great place to call home.

    The Landings at Silver Lake Village is conveniently located close to ships, restaurants and parks. Both Lisa and Kaitlyn are great to work with. They are both willing to help and keep things running and organized. It’s been a great place to live.
