customer
service
i
was
sold
holiday
blocks
for
my
aquarium
and
returned
after
1
week
to
find
a
black
snail
infestation.
I
spoke
to
a
staff
member
who
told
me
to
buy
snail
rId
or
a
clown
loach.They
were
not
interested
in
investigating
the
quality
of
the
product
they
were
selling
nor
interested
in
contacting
the
supplier
of
that
product
to
make
them
aware.The
staff
member
also
advised
me
that
the
snails
could
have
come
from
anywhere.I
have
kept
tropical
fish
for
40
years
and
very
careful
with
what
I
feed
my
fish.This
was
a
first
of
for
me
with
that
product
so
i
know
that
it
was
where
the
outbreak
started.I
suggested
to
the
girl
that
she
take
one
of
the
blocks
and
put
it
in
an
isolated
tank
to
see
if
snails
emerge
after
a
week
,
she
wasnt
interested
at
sll
and
stated
that
she
wouldnt
be
doing
that
as
she
would
have
to
pay
for
the
block
herself.Absolute
rubbish,
I
will
be
complaing
to
their
head
office
to
alert
their
company
of
potentially
contaminated
stock......i
do
not
want
other
aquarium
enthusiasts
to
suffer
my
problem.

I
have
been
going
there
for
12
years.........not
any
more
though,
my
family
spend
alot
of
money
there
with
our
dogs,
puppy
classes
,
harnesses,
food
,
toys
,bedding.........and
i
will
be
spreading
the
word
about
this
poor
service.
