Today took my dog for wash at Petbarn. Middle of winter so great ,water was lovely and warm. Then when drying came no other choice but COLD turbo air onto a warm wet dog. My dog was definitely not happy. Went out to carpark and dried her with towels.PS. Always found staff fantastic and very helpful. Just not the dogwash.

Wonderful customer service, always. Staff very efficient and on the ball for our dog needs, especially Bruce the Wonder Dog who barely copes with the un expected and especially today . Soz boy. Home alone and playing with his new dog toys.Sad. He'll be back!

Great store, great staff and a great selection of things for your pets. Staff were so helpful here and hence the 5 stars. I shop at a few Petbarn stores but this one is particularly good when it comes to customer service.

Love Pet Barn at Hendon. Great place to buy anything you need for your pets, and best of all, the dogs love getting a bath.

Had to return something purchased online with afterpay. Cashier was really helpful and contacted the online department to arrange refund as it couldn't be completed in store. He then called me to confirm refund had been completed. Could have been a painful process but the staff member made it easy which I'm very grateful for!

Again, very helpful team Ella over the phone and Matt in store. Choosing toys for my GSD who destroys everything, they went out of their way to help choose durable but fun items.

Staff are very knowledgable & helpful. So far Ive moved both my dog & 3 cats from supermarket brands to premium foods bought at Petbarn. The member discounts and regular buyer discount makes it almost the same price & my animals are healthier & eating less. Went to Petbarn Hendon for a fish tank for mum. I Knew what i was looking for. Great sales. The young lady i stopped to help me get the all the bits & pieces together (Plants, gravel, heater to go with the Aqua one tank was great. I talked her head of. She kept her cool. Good job Tayla. Mums happy.

We always buy our dog food and heartworm and flea treatment and anything else our toy poodle requires from the Hendon store. Staff are always super helpful and we find the price match really helpful, especially when the staff are happy to check for you.

I received a friendly welcome upon entering Petbarn. Petbarn stocked Royal Canin British Shorthair kibble. The sales person was helpful with product knowledge and excellent customer service skill.

As pet barns go it's about adverage the staff are great very helpful however there never really seems to be enough off them to go arround the shelves are always stocked when I go there but despite the land and outside appearance it is actually reasonably small inside and the item have a small pet store pricing not a large chain pricing you would expect

Customer service! I thought it was a thing of the past! but I’m was amazed at the help and service I received at Hendon Petbarn. Nothing was to hard for them. I will definitely be going back.

Helpful staff who are more than happy to answer my silly questions. Clean facility with a great range of products to suit most pets! Opening hours take into account everyone's differing needs. Highly recommend!

I had to take back a product because the pet it was for had to be put to sleep within days of (unopened) purchase. The manager was so kind and caring and went the extra step finding out information regarding a side issue for me. Service with kindness and care is such a treasure.
