Best roof top in Adelaide cbd the view is just stunning. Amazing cocktails and Jose the manager make you feel like home. Best place to visit in Adelaide, 💯 highly recommended

I have been to Merrymaker half a dozen times and have never been disappointed. The cocktails are always 10/10 and the food is fantastic - the fries with the truffle mayo I would commit crimes for. They are always pumping and it’s usually difficult to secure a booth so book in advance! The atmosphere is great and is one of the best rooftop bars in Adelaide

Food was average and small servings. Staff did not have the best customer service skills or any people skills at all really. Venue doesn't have the option to pay for cash but then they charge you a fee to use EPFTPOS. Other better roof top bars around with better cocktails and service!

Pretty average. They don’t have classic cocktails options on the menu, just says that they do classic cocktails, but you have to order/pay through a qrcode, so doesn’t make a lot of sense. Order a beer for my mother in law and they didn’t even bother offering a glass. Like, nothing major, but details are what makes a place special, and for me this rooftop doesn’t have anything special.

Rooftop is amazing. I can get an amazing view plus the service there. A+, there's a nice guy his name is Jormer, he prepared a really nice cocktail for us. Music is fantastic too, I didn't have the chance to get food but looks yummy.

I have come here for the third time. The atmosphere here is very good and the staff, Opal and Jorman are friendly and recommended me drinks very well.

Really impressed with the service provided by Leon in particular. Cocktails were made so quickly and so enjoyable! Definitely recommend and we’ll be back Xxxx

Not great at responding to emails and phone but couldn’t fault the night we had. Group booking- great food, reasonable drink prices and bar staff were just outstanding, can’t speak highly enough of them. Recommend to anyone looking for a bar party with some atmosphere.

Beautiful place, great view of the city and excellent food. The cocktails are delicious and good value for money, around $20Aud. The service was very good, we were attended by the bartender Jorman and the waiter Santiago. We were also approached by the manager Jose to verify the service. Overall a very good experience.

The food was delicious, great pasta taste, great view from the bar, great service and Jorman the bartender is really nice he did a very good job.

Had a wonderful stay 3 night stay at Hotel Indigo. The room (with living room and balcony) was very comfortable. The rooftop bar was a great place to relax after a day on foot exploring the city. The Indigo staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel, in Chinatown and over the road from the central market, is a real plus. A very convenient place too base yourself while in Adelaide.

Excellent place to spend a good time with friends with a spectacular view of the city. The food and cocktails are amazing, very good taste and size. If you visit you can not miss the arancinis. The attention of Jose, Santiago and Jorman was very good.

Spent New Years Eve here with friends. Everything was great except the DJ definitely tarnished the experience. He caused a scene on arrival with his friends, was rude to staff and refused to take song request. He wouldn't play and new music and a lot of the songs were super slow and sad. Not really what you want on New Year’s Eve.

We visited the rooftop bar as we were guests in the hotel, we had a short wait to get in as it was super bust, the views both inside the bar and out towards the cbd were incredible. This is a popular spot for obvious reasons. Cocktails were good and went down easy. This is a place to spend an afternoon for sure.

Love this place. It gets busy so book in early but the cocktails are great, the hibachi grill platter is our fave and we need to come to one of the events because they look so fun. When we came a few weeks back they were themed for a partnership with Frozen so we had the spiked hot chocolate. Was yum!

The worst bar and service I’ve experienced in Adelaide. Over an hour wait for drinks... There was only 1 bar tender. Horrible service and just an all round bad experience

Great atmosphere

We visited on a Sunday, booked for 6 and on arrival we had a booth but it certainly was not big enough for three couples, we were offered a high table with bar stools, although the massive pillar in the middle made for a tight fit if you want a conversation and then the DJ set up right next to us anyway! Great music though. One lesson to learn is don’t settle in for lunch, the food is really expensive for what you get and I have to say not worth the money. The oysters were enjoyed (you’d want to at $56 a dozen 😳) but the skewer platters at $45 each (6 tiny skewers plus $5 for two sauces, which really should be included and extra $2 each if you want the wagyu) was really underwhelming. The $38 ploughman’s platter wasn’t great either…so that’s around $200 on bar snacks!! Gorgeous afternoon so we settled in with the heaving crowd and spent a small fortune on drinks (some of which needed extra chilling)…our decision, yes but probably wouldn’t return for more. Nice place for quick a drink with a view but certainly not “a vibe not to be believed” as advertised.

Nice decor but very small and expensive food offering. slow service at the bar. However the bartender made me a very good mocktail.

Delightful bar with stunning views over the city and hills. However I was disappointed to pay $21 for the lobster roll for lunch, to find it was really only an entree size. It was delicious but overpriced for the size. Maybe consider offering a lunch special on week days, as the restaurant at ground level does.

I had an amazing experience at the rooftop! Huge thanks to Tiah and Opal for their exceptional service. Can't wait to return!
