Second time using Bice Electrical. Matt and Seb moved a Power point / underground wiring for my water tank/ pump system. This was NOT an easy job to say the least but these guys had it sorted no problem. I found Matt to be very professional and courteous - he replaced an existing inverter with a new one into our caravan along with a dedicated power outlet and remote activation switch - the installation was tested before he left and our van was thoroughly cleaned - great work and we are very happy with the result.

Arrived early. Completed the installation of 3 in 1 bathroom heater by removing the existing light. However the job was made a lot easier due to bathroom renovation- no wall were up making the electrical work easier I was quoted $250 on the phone. But I received a bill for $327:53 The electrician were professional But I didn’t expect the increase in the price I also didn’t appreciate being woken up at 7:32am the next morning with text message to explain his reason for the price increase Not all people are awake at this time of day

I can’t speak highly enough of Matt and his team. They were accomodating, flexible, professional and responsive. We needed some outdoor lights to be installed and Matt needed to fit in around the timeline of other contractors - his responsiveness and patience with getting thing done on a tight schedule was exemplary. Further to this, his attention to detail was impressive - he left nothing to chance and revisited our home prior to the concrete pour to double check that our outdoor lights were positioned perfectly. Over the course of two separate jobs (2 days), Bice Electrical have replaced all our lighting in the two living areas, kitchen, hallways, bathroom, toilet and laundry. These replacement lights and switches and additions of heating lamps and extractor fans were a significant upgrade in style, quality and function for our house and it has made a really big difference throughout. From the consultation and idea suggestions (I needed a lot of help with what I should do), through to the quotes, the organisation of the jobs, the communication before the jobs and the actual work itself, I would not hesitate to recommend Bice Electrical. The workmanship was top quality and the team were efficient, neat and considerate when in our home. I also found the pricing to be very fair. Matthew is a skilled and wonderful electrician. His work is of the highest order. He was very thorough in preparing his quote and provided helpful suggestions. His work was very exact and carefully carried out. His approach is unhurried, calm and thoughtful. He was punctual, he communicated with us in a detailed manner and he worked long hours. His tradesmanship was excellent and he obviously takes pride in his work, which was completed wonderfully. I’m over-the-moon with the service and workmanship of Bice Electrical. I used them for my new build, from layout to installation. Their communication and knowledge were excellent, and they were always friendly and personable; other tradespeople even commented on how professional they were. Matt was timely in his responses, always being honest and sharing the positives, negatives and challenges of what I was inquiring about or product selections (I had a lot of questions). I’m very happy with all the electrical work; the feature stair lighting recommended by Matt is certainly my favourite and always acknowledged by guests. I love it! They also installed my feature pendant (not an easy one either), LED mirrors, downlights, fans, bathroom heat lamps, built-in speakers and electrical points, did all the wiring, ordered all products apart from the pendant, as well as ensured I had considered provisions for future work being a two storey home. Thanks for all your time and tremendous work Matt and Seb – it was a big and time consuming job!
