Beautiful scenery... The atmosphere is very chilled which makes it a great tourist attractions. If you're lucky you'll get to see the monkey's. There's lots of fishes in the lake that you are allowed to feed but NO FISHING ALLOWED!! There's also a few hiking trails for those who are adventurous!! It's worth the visit while on the island

beautiful and so lovely to see mona monkeys free and wild and well taken care of. would be worried about the fact that people seem to be feeding the fish of grand etang potatoe chips and cheetos though... what a stunning place to visit... A beautiful island that needs to be appreciated and honoured more.

Beautiful park. We're not prepared to hike the trails but the lake and wildlife were enough. Great for pictures. We were told to go in the mornings as opposed to afternoons (we were in the afternoon) because you have a better chance of seeing the wild monkeys.

Beautiful, peaceful, green, with refreshingly cool mountain breezes. A therapeutic place for a hike, a picnic, or to enjoy the stillness, serenity and quiet in life, the natural treasures in life that cannot be taken away from us, like this rainforest. Until wait.... you see the Chinese Pagoda overlooking the lake, and jolt yourself back to realism of the cold, deceptive, precarious world, outside of this peaceful rainforest. Then you rub your eyes thinking you are hallucinating, only to realize there is another one behind you, up a trail! Why, oh why, are there two Chinese Pagodas in Grenada's only national forest park? Our most sacred treasure? Is Grenada giving away its birthright, Is this a joke, an insult, a provocation, sheer ignorance, or an eerie, sinister sign of Grenada's servility to the Chinese: or the Chinese manipulation of the Grenadians. Seems like the Chinese too, are enjoying the quiet of the rainforest, as they surreptitiously leave their mark, plant roots in the recesses of our minds as we meditate in peace, craftily disguised as acts of generosity. They are encroaching even in the quiet, depths and stillness of the rainforest. Wake up Grenadians.....deal with this one too. Fast! Stop the mentality of wanting freeness, at any cost. Move Grenada forward out of this entanglement and entrenchment. OR!!

A photographers happy place. Can't believe it was once a volcano. Now it's full of life and amazing colors. Great place to chill.

Nice escape from busier parts of Grenada. Mona monkeys are cute. Trails could use better signage and some maintenance.

Simple to view a large lake - but not spectacular by any means. However, what is spectacular is the wild monkeys that come down to greet you and accept gifts of fruits from your hands directly. This part is a unique experience.

Went mainly to see the Mona monkeys, but the view of the lake was excellent. Visitor center at the top of the hill had some interesting information as well as the view.
