😠 Wow. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and I have never had worse service coming from front desk staff. It wasn’t mistakes, I can tolerate mistakes, it was lack of caring and doing the basics of their jobs. I am extremely disappointed. Beware of this place. Stay somewhere else if you can. Wow. The Hilton Garden Inn is right next door. I see other negative reviews and that Marriott doesn’t even bother responding, which is sad. Poor customer service. They make enough to not even bother. I travel often so the only thing I can do to make a difference is to avoid staying at any Marriott location in the future.

This hotel could have great reviews, but it suffers from a common issue many businesses face: poor management and unprepared staff. I personally didn't encounter any issues during my stay, but upon our arrival, the receptionist barely spoke five words during check-in. They didn't inform us about the Wi-Fi password, breakfast details, or access to the lounge. Every time we passed by, it seemed like the staff didn't want us there. The rooms were nice and new, but poorly maintained. The pool wasn't heated, which was disappointing. The Sunday breakfast was good, but on Monday, they removed many items, including the waffle machine, and the bread was dry. However, the hotel's daily rates remained the same. I couldn't understand the reason for this inconsistency in breakfast quality. The friendliest staff members were the housekeepers.

My group of 4 stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for a few days and it was an okay stay. Upon arrival, we noticed that parking was a bit limited because the parking lot was shared with Hilton Garden Inn. Check in was quick and easy! The suite was nice and clean but the 2nd bedroom was extremely small with only enough room for the queen bed and TV. Service appeared to be lacking overall. We requested items from the front desk on several occasions and we waited and waited and waited. The trash located by the elevator on our floor had a terrible smell that radiated throughout the hall. I notified the front desk and it was resolved fairly quickly. The breakfast items weren’t stocked as quickly as they could have been and people were waiting for food the 2 days that I ate breakfast. Also, the choices weren’t that great compared to other Residence Inn locations that I’ve stayed in. This is a fairly new hotel so maybe they’re still working out kinks. Either way, I think I’d choose another option the next time I’m in the area.

The front desk ladies are pleasant, kind & helpful. The breakfast is okay. The beds are comfortable. The tile floors in the kitchen & bedroom area needs a real good cleaning. Hair in corners & under sink in bathroom. I took pictures and decided not to post. Hospitality is understaffed & with the nature of Residence Inn - cleaning is not daily. We had our own cleaning supplies and kept the toilet, sinks & counters cleaned, the trashed emptied and the room tidy as we would if we were home. Being on vacation does not mean, make a mess for others to clean just because we can. Absolutely not! We suggest a thorough cleaning of the tile floors in the suites. We feel the rooms are a bit overpriced. Thank you.

Nice rooms but lack dresser space. The toilet paper was really thin. Definitely very low quality. Shower included shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that was good quality. Nice kitchen but the glasses weren’t clean. Comfortable beds.

Excellent breakfast; sometimes we run out of things, like eggs, but within five minutes, more always seem to show up. really comfy mattress. The theme of the room design is dull and dark, not very appealing. However, the well-designed bathrooms have a walk-in shower. I enjoyed the front desk staff making me a fresh pot of coffee in the evening.

I've been staying at this hotel for the past 3 months. Usually decently clean. Only a few issues. This is my last stay here as the project is over, and none too soon. This room is disgusting. Room 135, which is a handicapped room. Avoid the handicapped room unless you are handicapped. The roll in shower water flows out of the shower with the shower head pointed any direction except against the wall. They thought ahead and installed a second drain outside of the shower, only one issue. Floor is pitched away from the drain. So I come out of the shower to a completely flooded bathroom. There is a window in the bathroom without a privacy curtain, just a shade, so everyone in the parking lot can watch you exit the shower. Looks like it hasn't been swept or vacuumed since the building was built. Floors are dirty, carpet is dirty, bathroom has trash in the can (not my trash) as well as crickets in the bathroom and a spider in the shower. I'll stay somewhere else from now on. Only takes one bad room to lose a customer.

Great location close to a lot of good and shopping. Staff left some things to be desired. Came back to the room the second day and housekeeping came in despite there being a sign not to enter the room. When they left, the door was left open and anyone could've come in to my room and taken anything.

Very good breakfast, occasionally running out of items like eggs but wait 5 minutes and more appear. Mattress extremely comfortable. Room decor is in a dark and drab motif that’s not too pleasant. Bathrooms on the other hand are nicely designed with a walk in shower. front desk person made a fresh pot of coffee for me in the evening which was much appreciated.

Overnight stay for a family event. Rooms are large with microwave and refrigerator. Bed very comfortable. Room and hotel clean and inviting. I was able to use my Hilton points to lower rate.

Nice hotel, the furnishings are all new and it is very comfortable. It seems like the majority of rooms have a window, which is great. It is not straightforward to get to, as you have to go through a Lowe's parking lot to get to it and there aren't signs guiding you in.

If they served the food this restaurant serves in prison the inmates could sue for civil rights violation. I have stayed on RI’s for business for 10 years and have never seen it this bad. Hockey puck Jimmy Dean sandwiches (wholly inedible) with powdered eggs. Only fruit was green bananas. If you have to stay in this area the Hilton Garden Inn is much better. You have to pay for breakfast but it’s still cheeper.

We stay at a lot of Marriott’s and they usually clean our room every day or at least every other day here it’s once a week. Our beds have not been made up since we got here 8 days ago. The house keeper came by to do a “freshen up” about 5 days ago. Gave us clean towels and left extra coffee at my request but also left a note saying she didnt make the beds because one of them had some of our personal items on it. I asked the front desk when our room would be cleaned and was told once a week for the 4 th floor and it would be Thursday. If we hadn’t already bought a lot of groceries we would have left and gone elsewhere. Would not recommend this hotel if you want a clean room.
