Everyone was super nice!! The computers were down while I was there so checkout took 35 mins...on my first visit. Technology sucks but I was there for 2 hrs and didn't even get a cleaning. Will go back for future treatment as practice seems legitimate, thorough and my whole family are already patients.

Every part of my experience was welcoming and efficient. From scheduling the appointment over the phone, filling out new patient forms online at home to save time in the waiting room, to actually being seen by the hygienist and doctor. Every staff member was warm and friendly. Fareh was my hygienist and she treated me like a friend. She’s informative, knowledgeable, and explains everything to you. I never felt uneasy or taken advantage of like I have at past dentists. This office is an exceptional, cannot recommend more! I don’t have a kid, but it seemed very kid-friendly too with Halloween decorations and contests.

This is the best dentist ever. My dentists were so kind and very nice, super patient, and always made sure I wasn't in any pain. From my first day here, they didn't judge me or make me feel bad about my issue, gave me a treatment plan, and we started right away. I really appreciate that they took my insurance, save for the fluoride. Every procedure was painless, the worst of it was just some temporary discomfort. No one was ever too awkward or dry to explain something to me, or just have a brief chat, so I always felt comfortable in their building. My problems are completely fixed, my bite feels great, and my smile looks awesome. I used to be afraid of dentists. Now I kind of wish I had more left to do!

Had been going to a different dentist in the area and wasn't having the best experience. I had some recommendations to try Redwood Dental and I'm so glad I went here. I had Kourtney as my hygienist and her positive energy and jokes made my visit great. She had my teeth clean as a whistle and shining like a diamond. Will definitely be coming back and requesting her for my next visit. Highly recommend!

Everyone in the office is so, nice and polite. Dr Hans I can't say enough good things about him. Clean lobby! You know when they say ( your in good hands with all state). Your in good hands with Dr Hans.

I have been meaning to write a review for this dental practice for a few months. I am extremely happy with the professionalism, staff courtesy and efficiency, exams and treatment plans. The actual dental work I receive (Dr. Hanes and his trusted assistant Erica, are my usual dental team) is the best experience I have had in a dental practice. Super thorough, gentle, communicative, and precise with my treatment plans. Highly recommend!

It was like coming home. I used to be with Redwood years 9 years ago and had to stop because of a change in insurance. I have since gone back and seen Doctor Hane and I could just cry I was so happy. Clear, direct and kind this man was awesome to me years ago and it feels like it hasn't changed. I used to be so scared of dentists. But not here. Redwood is wonderful and so supportive. I never want to go anywhere else

I highly recommend Redwood Dental. All the front desk staff ( Jessica) are great. Kourtney the Hygienist explains your needs with a smile. Dr. Hane is professional and knows what he's doing. I use to be very anxious, not now. Love to smile!!! 😁 🎉
