Wow great deals and a lot of nice clothes better than the somerset one. Better service too. Only catch you can't return from this store to just any location it has to be an express outlet. It was worth it.

The deals are great at times but the staff is so poorly trained and very rude. I asked them to set aside 2 shirts to buy the next day as their rewards system was down and I wanted to use my rewards money. I come back the next day and the same young lady who put away the shirts for me said she had no idea where they went. Someone who seemed to be the manager just shrugged and said she hopes I find the shirts again in the sale rack . What an extremely rude and incompetent set of workers.

Limit stock on the shelves, not very common sizes were available. For a example when I went to asked the lady about where I might find addition sizes in slim straight she told me up front. Which up front was all skinny sizes. She seemed to busy for my business and didn’t assist me at all. for being the only customer in the store, the customer service was poor during my visit.

RG is fantastic! His customer service skills are excellent. He helped me out making sure I took advantage of the sale buy one get one for 5 dollars on everything. Keep up the great work😃

Express does not have quality clothes. I've only worn this shirt five times and it has torn apart. They won't accept returns.

Good place to buy garments. I thought since this is a factory outlet, we can see the latest fashion, with discounted price. I have to admit that my assumption is wrong.

It's called Express but I don't know how fast your shopping trip here will be. They don't seem to be in a bug hurry to get you moving but I think that's kind of what people want in a clothing store. Nobody wants a pushy sales person telling you that you just need this, you want the opportunity to browse a d select your own options. These guys seem to have that covered so I don't know why they call it Express. The store is really nice but the prices seem a bit steep.
