I went in here to have a vacuum repaired and was immediately being sold a new one. I understood that my old vacuum was going to cost a bit to have repaired but the salesperson was just trying to sell me a new vacuum and when I said I’d have to get back to him he told me to take my old vacuum (the one I was bringing in for service) because he didn’t have enough room to store it! Store it!? I was either goi g to have it repaired or purchase a new one and was going to let him know by tomorrow. He couldn’t keep my vacuum there over night until I called him one way or another? Either way they would had my business. I won’t go back.

During my initial phone call, I was told that they could get a part for my Dyson. We brought the vacuum cleaner in, and my wife was told that they couldn't get the part. The staff person in the store spent 45 minutes trying to sell my wife a new vacuum. Went to the Dyson store in Solon (I highly recommend). My wife came out 5 minutes later with the repair done (hose was disconnected, but appeared to have broken). No charge. I also was able to order a new part from Amazon with no difficulty. Will never use David's, and I will steer friends and family away from David's. Would be 0 stars if that was an option.

Hi, Please read complete review. I sent a vacuum in for warranty, Hoover approved replacement for two vacuums, went into store and David gave me a new box with a totally different model 100's less and not comparable to the one I have him. David didn't have the decency to even tell me this as I only noticed as I was walking out the door. Another employee told me he would fix it after hoover stated it needed to be done on the authorized repair agents end. I called David after leaving a message a week ago and the nice guy routine is out the window with yelling and repeating himself over and over. I'm at a loss for words I just brought my vacuums in to have them replaced under warranty. Just be aware that if problems arise I wouldn't depend on them to fix the issues. Update, problem has been rectified, hence the upgrade. Thank you for reading this review.

Very good one on one service. Craig was informed and showed excellent ability to explain all the questions i had. I eventually bought 2 vacuum because of the ability to effectively clean my whole house more easily. Price wise it was a good deal. Job well done!

We bring our vacuum to this location yearly. We are always pleased with the services. Larry went above and beyond to meet our needs on this trip, especially since we traveled an hour to get there. We appreciate the care they took with our time and our vacuum!

I had a free tune up voucher that came with the purchase of my vacuum. This includes a cleaning of the roller brush and housing. Since I declined to buy a new roller brush--mine was doing just fine, I was not worth them doing a good job. The store manager was rude to his assistant, asking her repeatedly if she was sure my vacuum was really under warranty while I was standing there. You are worth nothing to this guy unless you buy something.

RUN FOR THE HILLS!! I brought a 3 year old Oreck Vacuum into the Mayfield location and Larry Buckantz Store Manager told me right off the bat that the vacuum wasn’t able to be fixed because the motor was ruined. He checked it over extremely fast. Then he proceeded to sell me a $1,400.00 vacuum cleaner. I told him I had to shop around before I spent that much money but I unfortunately left my broken Oreck with him. The next day I decided to go back a pick up my broken vacuum for a second opinion but Larry Buckantz re-cycled it!!! AKA he will replace the broken belt and re-sale it!! The motor was still running and it only smelled of burnt rubber. So what do you think?? Broken belt or broken motor??? I’m thinking it was just a broken belt.
