Amber
was
very
unprofessional
and
rude.
She
rented
me
room
someone
stayed
in.
Her
words
were
sorry
and
unfortunately.
I
got
so
tired
of
hearing
that.
She
didn’t
know
her
job
that
well.
It
was
sad
dealing
with
a
customer
agent
that
was
clueless
on
what
to
do.
I
extended
my
stay
house
keeping
services
you
must
put
in
a
24
hour
service
request.
That
was
disappointing.
I
haven’t
had
clean
sheets
since
I
checked
in,
no
housekeeping
service
I
had
to
buy
a
broom
and
cleaning
products
to
clean
my
room.
I
have
never
had
a
problem
staying
here.
The
workers
need
more
training.
Working
in
customer
service
requires
communication
skills
and
some
of
these
people
don’t
have
them.
However
I
will
say
this
Kristen
does
her
job
she
makes
sure
things
are
done
the
right
way.
She
knows
the
guest
she
treats
them
with
respect
and
she
is
friendly
so
I
appreciate
her
doing
a
great
job.
