I am in love with the Jacuzzi rooms I have never had a regular room only the Jacuzzi rooms very nice price even on the weekends very clean good Wi-Fi nice little atmosphere

DISGUSTING !! How was my stay? Quite frankly didn’t even want to stay! Let’s start with the FRONT DESK .. very rude! The heavy set scruffed face dirty blue shirt guy who insisted on not telling me his name told me over the phone *which calls aren’t recorded* that my room would be booked for 2 NIGHTS however when I arrived, and payed for my room for the dates I implied over the phone/at the front desk as well he then said that I would I have to leave the next morning. Mind you he was very rude the entire time, when I asked for a refund he got angry with me and said he would CALL the COPS!! also NO REFUNDS!!! WOULD NOT SPEND MY MONEY!!! HOPE THE PICTURES DO THE JUSTICE .

Place is actually pretty decent. Needed a room for a few nights it was Relatively cheap the rooms were clean it was quiet. Have no complaints.

The only complaint that I would have about the rooms here at garden inn & suites repeat the lack of mini and microwaves. So because of that. Be prepared to have a short stay, yet comfortable stay.

Got there late hoping for a room and there were still several available. First impressions were that it was clean and in a quiet area right off the main road. The person at the desk was very polite and the service was quick. Got to the room and it was very clean and properly stocked with toiletries. Large king sized bed was very clean and comfortable. It was a modest but nice room and much better than most I've seen. Had a very quiet and peaceful night. Will be going here again and would recommend.

Good people they take care of me every time and I never have any issues with the rooms.

I would have givin 5 stars. the only couple reasons I didn't is for the lack of fridge and microwave in the room AND the pillows! lol if ur gonna only give 3 of them PLEASE make sure they are fluffy fat pillows and not flat paper thin jail house pillows. other than that it's great! clean, comfortable beds, nice shower. nice size room and like the no carpet! love the fact that it is a smoking room, and even walling in, yu CANNOT tell its smoking room! no li Gering smoke smells! i will definitely be back@

New brick building with modern style rooms. Hourly rates are available before 6 pm. They have standard rooms, suites and hot tub rooms.

Love this place. Been going for over a year or 2 now. Very nice place for the price. Staff treats me good. CLEAN! I wouldn't recommend any other place in that area

The room was clean the only problem I had was the bed sheets Staind the floor was no bed bugs no roaches which was a plus it was quiet little to no noise. The internet service was not good.

Beautiful, clean hotel with very kind staff. I had to rush out once due to an emergency and did not return the remote and the remote was misplaced and though he remembered me he was still very kind and understanding!!!!! I highly recommend this hotel as it is the absolute cleanest in Fraser plus very nice rooms, inexpensive deposit and great rates!!! My favorite in Macomb county period. If you need a hotel room or are from out of town go with the Garden Inn!

They need better cleaners. Checked for bugs when I got the room, bed sheets were disgusting, had yellow stains, a non smoking room had cigarette burn. Didn't bother to stay there.

Terrible service , no coffee machines in the room, they want the customer to bring old towels and sheets to THEM instead of providing the service , they’re racists, incompetent and very unprofessional… I would not go there EVER AGAIN …

I PAID FOR 2NIGHTS WHEN I GOT TO THE ROOM IT WAS FILTHY BATHROOM HAD USED OPEN BOTTLES OF SHAMPOOS AND CONDITIONER TUB FULL OF DIRT WHEN I PULLED BACK THE SHEETS I SAW SMALL BUGS THE PARKING LOT WAS A CLUB ALL NIGHT I WENT AND TOLD THE FRONT DESK I WONT BE STAYING A SECOND NIGHT THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AFTER YELLING RACIAL SLURRS I WOULD TELL ANYONE LOOKING FOR A COMFORTABLE NIGHTS REST AND COMMON RESPECT DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION TODAY HORIFIC EXPERIENCE TO SAY THE LEAST!!
