Enjoyed our burgers and fries. Excellent drink choices. Fries were excellent! The only negative for dining in , it's a bit noisy.

I get that the patties are generally well done, but they were extremely well done and dry. Plus lots of little hard clumps in the meat. Overpriced for what you get.

Not as good experience as other five guys, the patties seemed smaller than i remember and almost no bag fries. The crew are super friendly though

The guy who looks like Ed from good burger totally messed up my order. Either he doesn’t listen properly or as I suspect they need to turn down that loud music for employees to hear properly. Burgers were messed up, shake was no shake it was flavored mix but was told oh that’s how it is. WRONG!!! Last time ordering here.

Always nice and hot. Although it is a bit pricy for the fries, at least they give you a good amount. Always enjoy the free peanuts while waiting.

Some of the best burgers out there. They always give you plenty of extra fries. You can get extra bacon on your burger for free, what other place does that? Love five guys?

Delivery drivers don’t get paid to wait. You need to stop waiting for the driver o arrive to start the order. It’s absurd.

For the money, 5guys offers the best burgers and fries. All hands up. Additionally, the flavor is consistent between locales. This location's customer service isn't always the best. Never awful, but occasionally doesn't have that cozy vibe. Very tidy as well, albeit occasionally the open kitchen idea creates a chaotic vibe.

Showed up 10 minutes late to pick up my online order and still had to wait another 10 minutes. Just give me an accurate pick up time. Very frustrating. I have a life to live and if you say 6-11min, I expect 6-11min. Do better. I’ll go to McDonald’s next time, they never fail me.

Five Guys is my absolute favorite place!!! Love it here, and I'm a lifetime customer. Food is always fast and super hot and fresh! Does not disappoint! My mouth is watering now, lol

Dropped my son off to get a haircut and decided to try this place in same strip mall. I was soo hungry. Not sure if I read the menu wrong but looked like a junior chesburg was just over 8 bucks alone. Could be wrong but stopped at Kroger for couple pounds burger, cheese, toppings and fed the family

The burger was good, but OMG the Strawberry Milk Shake was the best I have had in my entire life, and I am nearly 70 years old and have had a lot of strawberry milk shakes

Food service was disgusting. They turn off the OPEN sign so early, so you don’t even know if they’re open or not. It was literally 7:30 pm They Got lazy employees on their phone. They over salted my fries. They Put old bacon on my burger. The owner needs to hire better employees in there. No good no bueno. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. It’s GHETTO Such a terrible experience.

Great burgers and fries. Somewhere along the way, they have dropped Malts from the menu and only have Shakes - guess an occasional stop at Sonic will be necessary for a Chocolate Malt.

Just left the restaurant. This is our favorite location. We ordered both cheeseburgers with grilled onions as one of the toppings. When we got home, we seen there were none. Tried calling the store but phone said “Wireless caller is unavailable.” Maybe that’s the wrong number or they turn the phones off?
