Great Management, VERY helpful!! The manager is very helpful an understanding. Made the move in process very easy. They ALWAYS were very helpful on the things that they were responsible for. I read other reviews on here of people complaining. As long as you are paying your rent an taking care of the things that you need to do, you will have no problems here. Also I have lived here on an off in many different trailers an NEVER once saw a rat!!! An it's not the managements responsibility to take care of people's domestic problems, that is what the police is for!!! I have kept coming back here for a reason, I have never had problems but I also paid my bills an didn't cause problems!! Great place if you are looking for affordable living!

I dropped my application and application fee off to them a week ago when there was an available home no one ever reached out to me to tell me if I was accepted or no I had to call in myself just to have them tell me the the trailer was being rented out by someone who already lives here. No one called and informed me of anything they took my money and never said a word.

It is clear that the change in Owner/Management has been positive. Jamie is doing an excellent job in the office. She is dedicated to knowing the residents and taking care of issues efficiently and with a smile. Mike does a great job as well and makes having maintenance done both quick and painless. He too is personable and kind.

It's pretty interesting that after a couple years I'm still posting on here to show people about this community it's a cambio community and I find that since they owned it they like to tear everything out but they don't like to put things back they make the tenants feel like they're trying to clean out the park and make it look like a field and the tenants that still care she picks on them about the quality of their yard even though the quality of other yards are not nowhere near the quality of there's and just for a little bit of help for the people that don't understand here's some photos so you can see what the community really looks like now

The new Property manager Nicole is a very violent and disgusting human. No regard for other people's lives and health. She is very dangerous an toxic. Don't believe the lies she said on a constant basis. Never live here!!!

Tom is the best and the maintenance supervisor! I simply can't thank Either of them enough for fixing the issue with leaky pipe behind my stove that I thought was gas leak and I freaked out in middle of the night when I heard the hissing coming from behind the stove and waking my landlord up that I still feel so bad about. You guy's are simply amazing. Even though I felt dumb after I was told it was water leak behind the stove It better safe then sorry. Thanks again 😊👏

I've lived here since end of Jan & still haven't fixed my heating issues. I have the wrong hot water tank for my home still not replaced. Now we have a possum issue. Oh & everytime it rains I have lake front property. And Tammy in the office has zero people skills she's rude & hostile when tenants come in for help

They are making everyone move out of there trailer which at the meeting they said they wouldn't do I'm just waiting on our letter even though I have a manufacturer house and I just put a 3000 roof on I'm kinda irritated about the whole thing pretty sad when we may be homeless and I leave with my senior mom who just had hip surgery they totally lied wow but I will be contacting an attorney when I get my letter just a waiting game

Getting better. I still need my storm door, screen for living room and hole that a rat ate threw for a long time. My lease was raised but I still have been ingnore. Lived here 8 year's. Never missed a payment except 1 time due to unfortunate experiene. So we will see what happens.

I have lived here for 5 years and it has been an amazing experience. They take very good care of the tenants and if any issue arises, it is immediately taken care of. Tom, Yvonne, Mike and his maintenance team, Marco and everyone else in the office are family to me.

Current resident... Honestly I don't really care for this place. If you have no where else to go, it will do. Kitchen floor has pieces coming up, no A/C, very little insulation Winters are extremely cold. During the polar vortex this year our pipes froze, called the emergency maintenance number and they never responded nor followed up with us, also ice formed on the bottom part of the walls in our bedroom. Dead bolt on the door hasn't been fixed. We hit a financial issue recently and got a bit behind on our rent but we paid it in full about 6 to 7 days late and yet they are taking us to court to pay over 200 bucks in court costs and the manager Tom said if we got it in before the 7 day mark they wouldn't take us to court. The bathroom is way to small especially the shower as you barely have room to turn around and the calking on the tub is coming off. Oh and if you want pets this is a great place because there are lots of bugs....bed bugs and no they didn't come with us here. In the bathroom there is a small hole in the wall that has paint around it and I can see dead bugs trapped in the paint so they were definitely here before us. And of course we have to handle the problem ourself. I strongly do not recommend this place. The maintenance guy is really nice though. The office staff have terrible customer service "skills"

I’ve been hearing that everyone has to move out of their trailer by the end up January unless you own yours but I’m wondering why they haven’t sent letters out to notify people and prepare them for this so none of us end up on the streets… I’ve also tried to go on the website and contact them twice about this but got no answer. Very upsetting.

This quiet they're getting rid of all the older trailers cutting down trees looks like they're redoing the park with renovations and prep work for newer trailers really ain't that bad of a place Lil lano ghettoside but what do you do in the trailer park like that

The property manager, Nicole, really turned that place around. She was great. Excited to see what the community will look like with the new additions.
