This
location
should
have
a
negative
rating
as
one
star
is
too
high.
I've
rented
hundreds
of
vehicles
and
I'm
currently
in
the
Hertz
Gold
Plus
Rewards
Program
at
the
President's
Circle
level.
This
location
was
the
worst
experience
I've
ever
experienced
as
a
renter.
First
of
all
the
vehicle
class
that
we
reserved
was
an
SUV
Nissan
Rogue
or
similar.
When
we
arrived
at
the
location
at
the
time
of
our
rental
we
were
told
that
they
didn't
have
any
vehicles.
Then
we
were
told
that
they
had
one
minivan
that
they
could
rent.
When
we
said
that
would
be
okay,
we
were
then
told
it
would
be
an
additional
charge
per
day
because
it
was
in
a
different
class
of
vehicle.
I
said
to
the
representative
that
Hertz
really
hasn't
been
the
same
since
they
went
into
bankruptcy
in
2020
and
this
was
unacceptable
that
we
shouldn't
have
to
pay
an
up-charge
because
they
didn't
have
the
vehicle
we
reserved.
The
representative
said
that
I
disrespected
him
and
he
wouldn't
rent
to
us.
I
said
I've
done
nothing
to
disrespect
you
I've
stated
that
Hertz
isn't
the
same
as
it
was
prior
to
the
bankruptcy
as
they
don't
seem
to
have
the
vehicle
inventory
that
they
did
and
when
I
rent
cars
they
seem
to
be
higher
in
mileage
than
they
used
to
be.
The
representative
was
very
rude
and
again
stated
that
he
wouldn't
rent
the
vehicle
to
us
and
we
left
the
location.
I
can't
believe
this
is
a
corporate
location
and
they
employ
people
like
this.
I'm
finding
it
more
difficult
to
continue
to
do
business
with
Hertz.
At
this
point
I'm
also
contacting
Hertz
corporate
to
file
an
official
complaint
against
the
location
and
employee.
