😠 I went here for a four day weekend for my vacation last weekend. It seemed like a nice hotel until we got to our room and it was like a sauna. The air didn’t work at all that first night and it was miserable. We asked how to get it work and the front desk told us but it still didn’t work. My husband... I went here for a four day weekend for my vacation last weekend. It seemed like a nice hotel until we got to our room and it was like a sauna. The air didn’t work at all that first night and it was miserable. We asked how to get it work and the front desk told us but it still didn’t work. My husband tried to see if we could be moved rooms but they had none available. So we decided to get a different hotel because we didn’t feel like being miserable the entire stay. When we were leaving we saw a cockroach! Definitely never staying again

The only reason I gave it one star was because the lobby area looked nice and updated.... but they put me on the 3rd floor and when going into our room there was pills on the bathroom floor and burns all over the blanket... no happy. When asked for my money back because I found a new hotel to go too they told me I had to wait for the manager...

I absolutely love this hotel when I just want to get away from home to relax I come here. The staff there is so nice. I have not ever had a bad experience here. The staff there always makes you feel like your family. This hotel will always be my home away from home. From the Manager on down I love you guys.

Mirror in bathroom still had toothpaste spit/water on it. There were pubes in the shower. There was blue shampoo/body wash (from whoever came before me) on the walls in the shower. Fire whoever the hell "cleaned" room 324 before me. There's sticky residue on the nightstand like a spill that wasn't cleaned.

I completely forgot to write a review for them so I am doing it years later. This hotel SAVED my wedding in 2021, the hotel right across the street was no longer going to work and I needed 10 rooms asap. For 2 hours I was calling around constantly and I never even paid attention to this one. Not only did they have 10 rooms, they were clean and everything just immediately fell in place. So grateful for them!

Very poor experience! I am a choice. Play verge member that spends over 200 nights a are in choice privilege rooms. Without notice they shut the cooling tower off so there was no AC in the rooms. My room was over 81° and they did not tell me that when I let them know about it not working in that morning. They told me to check back in the evening after work and they said the tower was down for the year and they cannot do anything other than heat. They refused to refund my money for the night that I was staying. Very rude manager basically told me just to get out and it was my problem. Had to pay for a different motel that actually has AC in it.

Clean room. Frienly and helpful staff. The safety latch for the door was broken / not in the wall. But overall decent stay.

The staff was okay but on my checkout date an older white male clerk called the police to have me escorted off the hotel primes. That wasn't necessary. I left of course but return to them is a big might.

Bill is very helpful and even showed me the room to make sure it is acceptable. Need more people that care like that. The breakfast was very minimal if they didn't have a waffle machine I would have to find a place to eat.

Front desk guy was excellent. The room I had was spacious with clean and undamaged furniture. Improvements to make includes better bedding and the cleaning service needs to be more thorough with cleaning the bathroom of hair. I will say I will recommend this hotel to my peers and I would stay at this location again. The hotel remodel is excellent.

Hotel lobby, corridors and room was dirty. Sheets were not clean. Thankfully, the second room that they gave us had clean sheets and the bed was comfortable. Floor in the room was still dirty.

staying at this location and it is absolutely miserable. I have been in the room for several hours with the AC on and it is still 80 degrees in the room. Sheets smell more like pot than soap. the hotel has no signage and couldn't find my room from the start. front desk didn't say how to get to the room just that it was on the second floor. I have stayed in and at a lot of places and this is the worst by far. Not even the bare minimum is being met for a choice hotel affiliate.

When I booked the room I put on my reservation that I needed two rooms that were conjoined. When I checked in they were not and the front desk clerk acted like it was an inconvenience for him to get two rooms by each other. When we got to our room it felt like a sauna and our guests got a room next to us that was not conjoined there room felt like a hotbox we turned the air down in it but it did not help. We went down to the front desk and asked if we could switch rooms because our air wasn't working. The front desk clerk stated that we had to wait until the air had an hour or two to kick on because they had been working on the air that day. We were not going to wait in a room where it was 85 degrees while the air might start too work. We requested a new room and at first the clerk said he couldn't do that. After some back and forth he finally gave us a new room that the air would work. The hotel was severely outdated and in need of a remodel. The only saving grace was the breakfast attendant was so kind and helpful. I am upset I wasted my points on this hotel.

Myself and my sons checked in on 9/22. Lobby was nice and then we went to room. Carpet looked as if animals had been living on it. Bathroom door had one hinge at top. Shower still had soap on it from previous occupant. Smelled awful. I paid for two nights, we stayed one and left. Definitely would never stay there again. Parking lot had broken glass and junk all over it. Was told it had plug ins for boat but we could not find them. STAY AWAY.

This hotel is very clean. The housekeepers do an excellent job. In these difficult times it's nice to know that a hotel is willing to keep the prices reasonable.Bill is one of the front desk clerks who works hard to make sure your stay will be comfortable at the Quality Inn. He's got a great personality and will try to get you the best rate, just ask him. Thanks Bill keep up the great work.

The hotel is disgusting Housekeeping- 0 Maintainence- 0 Cleanliness-0 The pillow cases were dirty and they had so many hair on them, then we changed our room and another room's A.C. was broken.. Dirty stains all around the place, carpets were full of dust. Smelled so yuck.

Rooms are nice. Breakfast was literally just waffles. No meat , no eggs. Very terrible

This hotel is pretty ghetto from the parking lot to the lobby, but once you get to your room you’ll be fairly surprised on how updated and clean the room is. Definitely a bargain at this price point. Unfortunately, the hotel decided to charge me twice for the security deposit and it took 2 weeks of calling to receive a refund, which has never happened to me before. Because of this reason, I can’t recommend anyone stay here

Good service. Great place to stay for the area. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were there for a week for my fiancé work and had to request service for fresh towels or to have garbage changed out.

Very nice comfortable rooms! Most of the staff are very friendly! The main plus about this particular hotel for me was I didnt have an encounter with bedbugs and I stayed for a whole week! I absolutely despise bedbugs and they absolutely seem to love me but no bedbugs at the Q Inn as far as I know! I cant speak for all the rooms but I know my room didn't have any! I highly recommend!

I have been a frequent visitor and a loyalty Choice member for the past 5 years and as a member of the hospitality community, working in one of the most prestigious casino hotels in the state of Michigan I not only understand but appreciate the truly outstanding customer service, rates, accommodation, cleanliness, and housekeeping they offer as they are also kitty corner from a department store, gas stations, convenience stores, there is even a Chuck-E-Cheese across the street, they are also right across the street from I-94 which make my commute to the city very easy and as if that is not enough there is this beautiful lady who personally packs breakfast each morning for each Hotel guests. Not to mention the staff itself as a whole that is a true reflection of one of the BEST managers (Tim) I have ever met and both my professional and personal life he is an amazing human being and his front desk lineup from Jamie, Bill, and Sharon are all truly worth the individual mention . In short to sum it all up, as a mother of 6 and grandmother,a wife and a true worker bee, this is indeed one of the most safest, cleanest, friendliest, family oriented places to stay in the tri-state area and I would always recommend this place with a beautiful smile on my face Quality Inn is the truth!!!

Most of the staff are friendly. Jess and the rest of the housekeeping crew are amazing. Why 3 stars? We stayed here for almost 2 months. A good majority of the building is under construction. We had 2 different rooms, there were minor issues in both. First room had sliding shower doors, they wouldn't stay closed. 2nd rooms toilet leaked when you sat on it. Beds are the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever used, but they still sucked. There's a sports complex next door that's not running. Inside the hotel you'll see a mini golf course, that's unavailable. The mini golf is hiding a pool. The elevators are scary. 2nd floor ice machine looks gross, but no issues with the first floor unit. Go elsewhere to do laundry. The washers smell like butt and the dryers don't dry..... A lot of potential here, if only it was being utilized....
