We've booked extended weekends here frequently, though it's a great value for the price and very close to everything, expect to smell lots of pot smoke and cigarette smoke (even though it's a non-smoking hotel??) That is not appealing as I'm sensitive to smoke and have allergies. Most of the staff are great, but I don't know why they only give us 1 set of towels for a 4 day/3 night weekend. We 90% of the time have 1 tiny trash can just in the bathroom which doesn't make sense to me especially when you have the extended stay King Suite. I know that we've spent a lot of $ there and I would think by now they would have some of these minute details ironed out. Rooms are always clean. And if there are any issues they do there best to accommodate you. We will continue to stay there on occasion. I would most likely recommend this hotel.

Booked for 2 nights on june 8th for september. Stopped about 30 minutes from hotel for lunch. At 2:21pm, received a call that the hotel was unable to accommodate our reservation, huh. Got the number for the General manager, d'angelo. Called the gm and asked for a reason that my reservation made in june, was cancelled. D'angelo's response was " because". Then asked if they had another hotel they could transfer my reservation. Exact words from D'angelo " you can do that on your own", Then hung up on me. Never in my life has any hotel called me 40 minutes before check-in and basic told me that your screwed. Just for my info, called the hotel at 5:03 pm to see if they had any rooms. Desk clerk told me that had 2 rooms available. Steer clear of this property.

The supervisor had bad energy all over him. started a fight over 2 extra towels for our 2 little girls. After we paid the deposit and had already gotten our key, with things and little girls in tow, this racist flashy ignorant dude kicked us out after we had paid and had no where else to go. OVER TOWELS. He had attitude as SOON as we checked in unreal. Rude and roaches for sure.

I travel A LOT. I've stayed in every type and level of hotel across the country. I got in after dark, the HUGE parking lot was half full and I didn't know what to expect, due to the mixed reviews. The ONLY half negative thing I have to mention is that the parking lot is not as well lit as it should be. The check in was quick & easy and the attendant pleasant and professional. I also met the general manager who was friendly, professional and had a smile on his face when we spoke. The lobby was updated and clean, no funky smells and quiet as a church. The room I had was also updated, clean and well designed. I was on the first floor, and literally the first room next to the lobby. I never heard a sound-no doors opening/closing, no conversations, no music or tvs. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable, and I didn't have to pull out my own bed linens that I always travel with (yes, I am THAT person). The location is convenient to stores & restaurants, as well as the highway. You cannot beat this hotel for all I've mentioned for the price! I will definitely stay again when in the area!

This hotel was filthy! Reserved three rooms and was upset when all three were dirty. One room had vomit and crushed food in the floor. The only nice thing was the lady at the desk. She was apologetic and embarrassed. I understand some places are short staffed and if that’s the case here, rooms should not be listed as available.

I would recommend this place AS LONG AS YOU DO NOT NEED A HANDICAPPED ROOM‼️ The room was acceptably clean, as was the exterior of the property. I'm in a wheelchair. There was barely enough room for me to navigate the room. The kitchenette area was nice with fairly new appliances. I was again frustrated to discover the microwave was set above the stove. Out of my reach. The management/owners really need to review ADA requirements.

This hotel is a nice place since being redone. But the daytime 8-4 manager is absolutely rude and has no business being in a customer service role. He speaks extremely condescending and ugly to to people. This company should be absolutely ashamed of the staff they employ. I can't believe they have this gentleman in a management position and due to the way this manager conducts himself in such a unprofessional manner I will never recommend this hotel to anyone ! He has absolutely no business being a Manager.

The room was very clean. We stayed for 5 days. Staff was nice. All the rooms are interior rooms so no outside windows. Hallways could be a little brighter but other than that no complaints. Would recommend and stay here again.
