In an effort to support local business I drove to this shop to purchase a Nemo sleeping pad. I walked in and the guy at the counter wouldn’t even acknowledge I was there. Amazingly this item is sold on Amazon….imagine. I ordered one sitting on their front step. Save yourself a drive.

The rental bike was very nice, very well set up, all smooth and I had a good ride! It will cost you an arm and a leg though.

My husband and I had a great experience shopping here. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. We made a large purchase and had an issue with an item. We brought it back and Kelly, the manager, couldn’t have been nicer and made it right. We appreciate the staff and service!

We had an incredible experience with the staff- they were fast flexible and knowledgeable. They also were incredibly understanding when we returned equipment. We will use this location everytime we are in the area.

I used the online bike rental system for an all-day rental which came to about $71. The e-bike was fine. The attitude of the employee was indifferent and blank. After a quick test ride I returned to have the gear shifter adjusted as it continually changed gears. I expected that the bike would have been checked out prior to my rental. I also asked to have the handlebar aligned with the direction of the front tire but was told by the employee that such minor adjustments weren't made. Really? Please.

On my first day of vacation I was biking on one of the trails and my derailleur hanger broke off. I took it to the Shop and John went above and beyond (Far above beyond) to assist me. It ended up that I needed to rent and he made sure I received a very kind and generous deal. I can't thank them enough!!

Great people, easy rental for three days. Pickup and drop off was awesome. Thanks for making our trip easy and enjoyable!!!
