Went
to
Ollie's
actually
to
buy
a
bed.
There
was
a
very
rude
woman
who
was
on
a
quest
to
not
allow
folks
to
use
their
discount.
I
saw
her
tell
folks
that
if
they
hadn't
down
loaded
the
Ollie's
application
on
their
phone,
they
were
not
allowed
to
use
it!
Since
I
purchased
a
400
dollar
bed,
I
commented
to
the
other
shopper.
"Thanks
for
reminding
me
about
the
email
coupon.
The
employee
then
tried
to
deny
me
the
coupon,
too.
Robin
or
Christie,
the
other
employee
went
out
of
their
way
to
assist
in
loading
the
bed
onto
the
dolly
and
then
checked
me
out
as
the
rude
clerk
refused
to
assist
me.
Another
manager
at
the
Leesburg
store
told
me
to
report
her
behavior
to
corporate.
Since
it's
hard
to
find
work,
I
don't
want
anyone
to
lose
their
income,
but
don't
let
this
woman
rob
you
of
any
discounts.
Ask
to
speak
to
the
manager.
She
needs
training
and
is
the
worst,
not
typical
of
Ollie's
employees
of
any
store
in
the
three
states!
Everyone
I
have
ever
met
there
care
about
their
shoppers
and
jobs.
The
manager
was
doing
an
orientation
the
day
I
was
there.
Maybe
she
already
knew
about
this
employees
attitude.
Other
shoppers
helped
me
load
the
bed
onto
my
truck.
I'm
grateful
for
them
and
the
employee
who
checked
me
out.
She
deserves
a
raise
just
for
working
the
same
shift
as
the
employee
who
needs
training.
Instead
of
denying
electronic
email
coupons
and
treating
shoppers
incorrectly,
I
hope
she
gets
the
training
she
needs.
This
store
is
a
gold
mine
of
deals.
I
will
stay
away
and
shop
the
Leesburg
or
other
locations
because
of
that
clerk.
Hopefully,
the
manager
will
see
this
review
and
correct
the
behavior.
