DIRECTIONS: Office has two entrances. If you are turning into the mall off of Somerdale Road and S Burnt Mill Road, drive straight towards the mall and you will see the front entrance & the Neurabilities sign on the outside (Entrance #1). You can also turn sharp right and drive around to the Boscovs / Tilt Studio entrances. You should park near the Food Court entrance (left of Tilt Studios)(which was open for our 830am appointment), walk through the food court to the escalators, take them up to the 2nd floor, turn left and you will see the OCNNH/ Neurabilities office entrance (Entrance #2). Office is fantastic! Very welcoming. Staff is very professional, attentive, and patient with both your child and your concerns. Was very pleased with our consultation and visit! Highly recommended.

If you’re looking for a doctor’s office that’s quick to respond and helpful, keep looking - this is not that office.

Writing this review in hopes of saving another parent from future frustration and unexpected costs. My child had 1 initial evaluation via telehealth and 1 EEG done. I gave my insurance information and was told it was accepted and at no point did anyone tell me even an estimate of what I would be responsible for. I have worked in healthcare and health insurance long enough to know that medical practices CAN and SHOULD tell you at the very least an approximation of what cost you will be responsible for. I am now stuck paying almost $1600 and my child has not even been properly evaluated or seen a real doctor. ON TOP of all that, when I called to get the recommended ADOS testing after his initial eval, it was a YEAR long wait.

Had an appt Dec 13 evaluation for my son & since then no callback on the follow up therapy they stated they’d follow up with. It’s now January so I called in to ask. Keep in mind I work in the healthcare field and understand this time can be crazy for everyone hints the holidays and I called in giving them the benefit of the fact .I was informed there was nothing in the system. No notes or anything. The first receptionist I spoke to was very testy and rude & tried to rush me off the phone with the “call your insurance” answer. I told her that our insurance needs a referral on file to begin the process, she seemed very flustered and even did a huff over the call after I stated that. I called back later to speak to someone else to make sure it would get done and this receptionist was polite and stated again nothing on file and that she would contact the Dr. So happy we still have an appt with Nemours scheduled because this place has already shown us enough of what they can’t do.

I recently encountered a highly frustrating experience related to my son's evaluation conducted in October 2023. Despite having 50/50 legal and physical custody, I was unfortunately excluded from the pre-evaluation paperwork and the subsequent access to the evaluation portal. My attempts to communicate and address this issue have been met with significant challenges. Numerous calls, voicemails, and emails have yielded minimal results. Even after finally obtaining a copy of the evaluation review, I've been denied access to the portal, hindering my ability to fully engage in my son's well-being. The lack of responsiveness from the involved parties has been disheartening. Despite leaving multiple messages and engaging with representatives, I find myself continually hitting roadblocks. A recent transfer to a supposed point of contact only led to yet another voicemail and no resolution. What I seek is not complex – a straightforward conversation regarding the pre-evaluation paperwork. I believe that my 50/50 legal and physical custody should afford me equal participation in crucial aspects of my son's life, including his educational evaluations.

Had a wonderful experience at the Voorhees office this afternoon. Everyone was very nice and helpful! The receptionist Maria was very welcoming and helpful towards our needs. The woman who was testing my son was also very nice and made him feel very comfortable throughout the process.

The front desk receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable about her job. My daughter’s doctor, Dr. Chadehumbe was very informative about the new treatment for my daughter and took her time to patiently explain every detail. She also makes my daughter comfortable to express her feelings. I truly recommend this practice. I was very pleased on how they treat special needs children.

I was very impressed with the telehealth appointment scheduled for my grandchild. Dr. Rockhill was very pleasant and gave much detail on what was needed for my grandchild. I am looking forward to continuing the relationship with NeurAbilities and watching how they care for my grandchildren.
