one
of
the
best
experiences
ever!
From
start
to
finish,
the
level
of
customer
service
and
professionalism
will
be
the
very
first
thing
you
notice.
I
initially
scheduled
an
appointment
online
to
surprise
my
wife.
Not
knowing
anything
about
feminine
hair
styles,
I
selected
a
few
random
options
just
to
book
the
time.
A
week
before
the
appointment,
I
received
a
call
from
Tina
confirming
the
services.
Tina
took
the
time
to
inquire
on
what
services
were
needed
and
explained
what
the
processes
were
and
the
time
frame
required
to
complete
each
task.
She
also
saved
me
money
by
removing
one
of
the
elected
services
and
explaining
that
it
may
be
combined
with
one
of
the
alternate
services
I
had
already
elected.
On
the
day
of
the
appointment,
upon
walking
in,
it’s
impossible
to
not
notice
how
everything
and
everyone
was
so
meticulous.
I
mean
from
the
beautifully
designed
and
decorated
salon,
to
each
stylist
and
receptionist
welcoming
you
with
a
huge
smile.
Every
employee
was
a
product
of
their
environment
as
they
displayed
hair
styles
that
all
varied
but
were
like
prideful
works
of
art
showing
what
they
can
do.
My
wife
has
very
curly
hair
which
tends
to
be
a
challenge
to
straighten
in
most
places
but
at
Mora’s,
Wanda
Mora,
was
able
to
achieve
this
task
using
her
25
plus
years
of
experience.
Not
only
did
she
straighten
it,
but
Wanda
also
managed
to
add
mid
and
high
lights
all
while
making
her
hair
look
so
much
healthier.
Their
level
of
expertise
didn’t
end
there,
as
most
places
try
to
rush
you
out
in
order
to
tend
to
their
next
client.

extra

out
explaining,
educating
and
teaching
us
on
how
to
maintain
healthier
hair
and
how
to
achieve
managing
it
from
home.
