A modern airport facility. The checkin area is very nice. The departure lounge should be upgraded a bit, in the sense that the cafeteria needs to properly stationed. Otherwise a good terminal.

Hagen airniugini Airport is busy especially during the Christmas. But the control is good.

Staff are friendly and try to help with the limited resources they have. Unusually no back up generator in the terminal (given how often there’s power cuts I was surprised), and only one counter for check in.. so long wait times

Poor quality service, checking in takes almost 2 hours. Very slow service. Though there are one or two customer service officers (Robert and Colleague) who provide excellent service. Female officers showed no care in the world when there was line after line of passengers to check in. Even though we had GOLD EXECUTIVE Membership no one wanted to man the counter. Even the manager couldn't be bothered to have his two female officers attend to the work. Poor poor service.

Air Mt Hagen is a small and busy outlet. So it very important to book online and check online for travel information, instead of standing in que and waiting to be served.

Air Niugini short staffed so a bit of a wait even for executive lounge members, Found a nice little coffee shop in the departure lounge

The Hagen airport has no chairs for customers whose flight may be delayed.... Was standing for hours waiting to be checked in only to be told 30minutes before the take off time that the flight was cancelled. Terrible!
