The restaurant and restrooms were clean. My visit was around 2:30pm on a Sunday. I ate in and business started picking up. I wanted to try the Grill cheese Burger. The picture I took doesn’t look spectacular at all, but when I ate the burger it was great. The fries were hot and fresh as always and I can’t really say anything negative about my visit except that one of the ketchup dispensers were out but they had a second one in addition to ketchup packets. Overall it was a great experience.

We had an online order. It was hot and ready when we arrived. The staff was very nice. The store was clean. The food was great. We have ate at numerous 5 guys and they rarely disappoint. This store is no exception. We would recommend this location.

This was my 1st time visiting this location in Sharonville and no matter which one I go to we always get great customer service and the food is amazing! The atmosphere is always laid back and customers always seem to enjoy their food and time with family and friends. The peanuts are definitely a plus. My daughter and I ate in my car on this location as it was a tad bit cold for us. My daughter ordered a little cheeseburger all the way with a small fry (make sure you get some malt vinegar 😋 and the small fry fed us both) I got a beef hotdog with grilled onions, ketchup, mushrooms, mustard and mayo with pickles on the side (thank me later 😋)

Ordered 4 burgers and two fries. They don't give me the correct change back and I have to ask for it. I bring the food back to work and one of the burgers is made incorrectly. Drive back where the manager offers to remake and STILL makes it wrong! The receipt clearly shows what was ordered! Doesn't even bother to make it right, just gives the correct topping as a side and offers an apology. Will not return to this location where they can't be bothered to make the food as ordered and try to steal your money. Over $40 spent for this order and never got one of the hamburgers made correctly, wasted an extra gallon of gas for no reason, wasted my entire lunch hour and got to eat a cold hamburger by the time I got back to work.

Burger is decent. But the DO NOT give you ketchup with your fries when you order it delivered. AND there is no option to ask for ketchup packets when ordering online. Will not order again.

Very nice and authentic burgers! Take the Cajun fries. Shakes are fantastic too!

We were originally looking for a Big Boy but they all closed at 9pm(despite google saying they closed at 10). We decided on Five Guys,best decision ever. Staff was great, place was clean,food was great. Girlfriend wanted a milkshake but was told the machine was down. Later on one the staff members came to us and offered free milkshakes. During times like these, it's the little things. Please visit this place 🙂

Food was great as always. Fresh burgers made to order and Coke Freestyle. You always get extra fries. The restaurant is super cold is the only detractor from the atmosphere.
