We are a Muslim couple and the restaurant was filled with white people and for some reason the waitress ended up sitting us in the back of the restaurant excluded from the rest of the patrons where no one was able to see us and we where so enclosed and away from having the ambiance and experience we were expecting. Coming from the west of Los Angeles we have never dealt with any of this behavior or treatment

It is ok but the sauce on my meatball sandwich wasn't hot.

I ordered a pizza there yesterday it was horrible was not done it had a lot of bubbles in the crust and on the bottom of the crust was white never again will I order from Wyoming larosa’s it was the worse pizza I have ever had from this cincinnati landmark no flavor no nothing please get a new cook

Excellent pizza at a reasonable price. Spicy barbecue on thin crust is a lot bigger than expected. A small 4 cut is perfect for one person.

We had the bbq chicken pizza and it was AMAZING!! The restaurant is super clean and adorable and our server was very friendly!

Late lunch so we may have missed the big lunch crowd, so we were able to walk in, sit down and order. The calazone was good and filling.

Ordered my 2 pizzas online and picked it up. Got home and wasn’t too happy with my pizza. It tasted nasty not like the usual and the presentation was horrible like they were rushing. I gave it 3 stars because the lady at the pick up window was sweet.

Stop by to bring my little one to eat for dinner...stepped in the older lady at counter..very dry..told me to walk back to podium and wait to be seated..waited 5min..ask the young man doing napkins to get us someone so we can be seated..okay young lady comes out wearing her purse..not very excited and welcoming at all..seats us and ask us do we need a few minutes.. then ask her for a kids menu..its clearni am with a kid who will need that and crayons....she comes back..are you already..yes..we order and food comes out..pizza doughy and cooked but not cooked thoroughly..Coke was syrupy...long story short the service was not to my liking and I will never be back!! I'm reading alot ofnyour reviews..you all need to work on customer service and presentation of your food!! Larosas quality has went down over the years at one time it was the best ..up your game

We have had issues with this location for over a year. I live in an apartment complex, and they had issues with a tenant here so they put the apartment complex on a block list. I was still able to order if i spent 20 minutes on the phone talking to supervisors. Now they say starting August that nobody that lives in my complex will be allowed to order from any larosas location ever again. Not from another address, not from another store, not at all. There are 64 units in my complex. That’s 64 families that are banned without explanation. I called corporate for an explanation and was laughed at. You’re business is disgusting.
